Their prices are also reasonable. Our first experience with installing signage was not as smooth as I expected due to issues permitting and such. No knock to Wholesale Signs. Andrew and team definitely made the process less painful by being there every step of the way to make the project come into fruition. We were also under immense pressure to complete the install in time for our soft opening and with such a short turn around time, Andrew made the install happen. The quality of their signs is apparent and really made a huge difference on our store front appearance. We will definitely use Wholesale Signs for our future projects and so should you. I came in hoping to get some help with business cards, as I already have a basic design but needed…read morea little assistance cleaning up the spacing and getting everything print-ready. I'm not a graphic designer, so I was specifically looking for that human touch and guidance you would expect from working with a local print shop rather than simply ordering online. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I couldn't really be helped. I was told they don't print individual samples, so to see a card in a particular style I would need to order 100 cards for $100+. If I wanted raised printing or foil, I would also need to provide the files separately, and the only foil options available were silver or gold. There was only one person in the office when I came in, and I got the impression that they primarily handle the printing rather than helping with the actual design or setup. I was repeatedly encouraged to just place the order online, which was disappointing because the entire reason I came in person was to work with someone who could help me make sure everything looked right before spending $100+ on cards. I'm honestly pretty desperate to get this task off my plate, so this would have been a very easy sale. I was ready to move forward and pay for the service, but if I don't feel confident or comfortable with the process, it's hard to justify placing the order. It's unfortunate because so many things have gone completely digital now, and sometimes you just want to walk into a local business, talk to a person, and get a little hands-on help.

I really wanted to like this place since it's close to me, but my experience was disappointing. I…read morewas given one price over the phone, and when I arrived, another staff member quoted me something completely different. When I mentioned I found them on Yelp, one of the staff even asked, "Are they still saying mean things about us?"--that should have been my first red flag. I brought in a simple job: trimming 4 inches off each side of a banner. The person helping me didn't measure, just eyeballed it, and now the banner is noticeably uneven. While working, he also complained that the job "wasn't worth $$$," which felt unprofessional. I was hoping to find a reliable local print shop for a new 10x10 banner and brochures, and a simple, positive experience could have led to more business. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve consistency and customer care.
