I own my own construction business and I needed to make a hard copy at the request of my client. The lady had already printed it off. I end up talking to the owner and he was extremely rude and refused to sell me the three pages, and said I can go to Kinkos instead. I would have paid a dollar per page or whatever he was charging. I will not be coming here for my business T-shirts, cards or signs, and I recommend no one comes here. completely unprofessional! the pages were already printed, so he'd rather throw them out than sell them to me?!

I am truly not a bitter person, but I did receive deplorable customer service from Jones Printing. The shirts we ordered were beautiful, but they made a huge mistake. They admitted it was their mistake and they would not reprint it. Oh and yes they kept our money. The shirt had the name of our beautiful baby that we lost right before his due date. It was a traumatic loss and we honored him by participating in a walk to walk the steps he never was able to take. Jones left his name off even though it was very clearly part of the order. They showed no compassion and did not even look at us as they said sorry, nothing we can do. They made other small mistakes like printing on the wrong colors for some of the shirts, but that was a minor error to the way that they made us feel. I will never return and I would never recommend based on their definition of "service"
