With multiple cars of different makes, models, and mileages in our family, we've tested their expertise across the board - and they've handled everything expertly. The service technicians are both friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what your vehicle needs. The staff genuinely works with you on your specific needs and requests rather than pushing unnecessary services. Their service is fast without sacrificing quality, which we really appreciate when we're juggling busy schedules. As a first responder family, we're grateful for their support of both families and first responders in the community. They even went the extra mile by inspecting a used vehicle we were considering purchasing, giving us valuable peace of mind. Highly recommend Hillman Family Automotive for reliable, honest service in Sylva!

My partner and I found this business by word of mouth when we were looking for replacement tires…read more There is nothing fancy about the location off Main on Cherry (they will move to a new location this year), in fact Mantz is very easy to miss, sort of down hill and hidden to the right. There isn't a check in, you just have to get the attention of the working guys and let them know what you need. It's better to go before noon, because they get very busy after that. But they are happy to find out what you need and get you right into the line, especially if you have a leak or a puncture. They'll let you know if they can repair ($20 2026) or put a used tire on your rim (about $40 2026 - I have a small car) and if they do not have your tires in stock they will order them for you and let you know the price points upfront. They obviously don't have time for long conversations, and they really get to what you need or your options right away. Mantz is opened M-F and Saturday. Check the times, go early if you can. Bring something to read or a game on your phone. There are chairs in the unused bay to wait. They're quick, depending on what your car needs, but prepare to wait in the queue after 2pm. I'm going there from now on to get my tires rotated too. They are a literal hidden gem. The best of the best in Sylva. Sorry other guys.

Each and every time they are good to their word as far as meeting the previously identified estimate for the work proposed. We had tires installed by a tire shop that strictly handled tires so they did not have an alignment machine. We contacted Andy Shaw Ford on Monday, August 12TH, and we were given an appointment for Tuesday, August 13TH! We were surprised with how quick they could get us in and were understanding of the situation. We arrived on the 13TH as scheduled and they were very prompt and so helpful! We walked the lot as we waited, viewed some Ford Broncos and spoke with some of the staff. The staff was so down to earth, helpful and even gave suggestions on local eateries and places to do things. We appreciate the excellent service that got us back on the road worry free for the rest of our vacation and our trip home! My husband knows what it takes to work in the dealership business as he has done so for 29 years here in Pennsylvania and we are truly grateful for their service! M. Blew
