While on vacation (we are from Pennsylvania) my husband needed to replace the tires on his 2018 F150. We had tires installed by a tire shop that strictly handled tires so they did not have an alignment machine. We contacted Andy Shaw Ford on Monday, August 12TH, and we were given an appointment for Tuesday, August 13TH! We were surprised with how quick they could get us in and were understanding of the situation. We arrived on the 13TH as scheduled and they were very prompt and so helpful! We walked the lot as we waited, viewed some Ford Broncos and spoke with some of the staff. The staff was so down to earth, helpful and even gave suggestions on local eateries and places to do things. We appreciate the excellent service that got us back on the road worry free for the rest of our vacation and our trip home! I really hate to give bad reviews but I really was unhappy with my truck. I purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor with 17k miles for $70,000. I was told the truck is beautiful no damage fully loaded and ready to go. When I asked for a carfax I was informed they are a small dealer and don't pull them if I wanted one I would need to pay and run it myself which I did. Carfax was clean with no damage history and Don was very friendly and told me this truck was beautiful with zero dissapointments. I told them I was a nursing student and my wife was a night shift cardiac nurse so our schedule was really hard which they said no problem we can deliver the vehicle and pick up the trade in. The deal was easy and the staff friendly and I was super excited for the truck. However as the days went by I noticed mote and more damage. I found undisclosed hail damage on the roof which I wasn't really upset as I can have pointless dent removal done for a few hundred , then I noticed the rear fender flare had scratches and sand marks , again not to upset as it's not a super expensive part to replace. Being a used truck yeah a few hundred in cosmetic damage I can live with. Well I took it to have it ceramic coated and the shop pointed out the body damage to the rear bed which has poor repairs and sand marks under the clear coat that I honestly hadn't noticed till they pointed it out. Well that can not be buffed or cleaned the only option to make the truck right is to have a body shop repair it properly ....... on a $70,000 purchase this is not what you want to see or have to deal with. I reached out by email and text and phone and got no response. Be careful and look over your vehicle thoroughly, cause I don't know if it was hid on purpose or what but they will tell you one thing and sell you another. And at the end of the day it's my fault for being to excited for a truck I always wanted and not looking it over better and just trusting and taking their word for it. If you open the picture you can zoom in and see the terrible sand marks and bad repair that I will have to have redone properly at a cost im sure will be a few thousand dollars , and that's not something that left the factory that way. Update : the total cost of repair to make the truck correct from a reputable shop in town will be $2,800 , the marks are from poor prep work and it has to be stripped down to bare metal and redone. read more

This is probably the worst Ford Dealership in Western North Carolina. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional particularly in the service department. I had a very brief experience due to the poor nature of their customer relations. If you come to the service department they're going to treat you like a thorn in their side, not a paying customer so my question is why waste your time and money with such a mediocre dealership when there are plenty of great alternatives in the area? I can't speak for their sales department but due to the poor experience in service, I would never waste my time buying a vehicle from this dealership. read more

My car was hit from the side and the entire side had to be fixed and painted. I dropped my car off and in one week it was completely fixed!! Danny, the manager, called each day to update me on where we were with getting different phases complete and the three techs (listed on my invoice were Steve, Matt, and DJ) did a superb job on the body work and the painter (DJ) made my car shine like it was brand new! Best experience ever. Everyone is so friendly. I bought my first car from them, then went back and bought my 2nd car from the same salesman. They will never push you into anything. They will work with you to find a car within your budget, and will make sure you get the best deal with the lowest interest rates. When you have to have any repairs done, they will make sure you have a ride to work or a ride home. They will even pick you back up and bring you back to the service department to pick up your car. Hello, I would like to thank the staff at Andy Shaw Ford for the quick service that was done on our Ford Explorer. We were vacationing from NJ when our explorer developed problems, after calling Mountain Ford, who their service manager was not very helpful and didn't want to be bothered and failed to help us , the staff at Andy Shaw Ford had our 2016 Explorer in that afternoon and repaired.
