I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.

We had a gift card to spend and my kids' dad got all soft when the kids wanted the Buccaneers fit for their bears.
