The service lasted 60 minutes, and they even provided a remote so I could watch TV during the session, which was a nice touch and helped make the experience feel more relaxed. I did leave with slight bruising on my arm, which I was not expecting, but overall I would be open to giving it another try. I was actually looking forward to another service of the EMR mat, but my friend chose that one and ai couldn't. I guess that if you reserve with time it is fine, but still if you go with friends you can't all do it, only the regular Infrared Sauna Rooms. Service was good. So that's why I say I have mixed reviews because the sauna was good but my only option. Parking for me is also a big issue when heading to a place Would have to go again to experience it differently.

I've been training with Loni for nearly 3 years through 2 back surgeries. Even more than my regular physical therapy this has improved my strength, balance, and accelerated overall recovery. I'm in better shape than I was in college, and I credit the healers who work at the Healing Room for their contribution.

The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session. I cannot recommend Chill N Out enough--not just for how clean the place is, but for how friendly and attentive the staff are.
