I spent approximately $1,000 on polos three months ago and still have not received my order or any meaningful update. I have called dozens of times, sent emails, and repeatedly asked Jeff to simply communicate with me. I even emailed twice asking for one of two things: please complete my order and give me my polos, or refund my money. Still nothing. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. After numerous unanswered calls, I finally called from my wife's phone and Jeff answered. Yet my calls and messages continued to go unanswered afterward. As a small business owner myself, I understand that delays and mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is taking a customer's money and then failing to communicate with them for months. If you run a business and need a vendor you can rely on, I would strongly encourage you to consider another provider or another Fully Promoted location.
