When confronted with their own pricing policy the owner just hid behind the "prices May change without notice" clause. We know customers are entitled to lowest advertised price and this price was within the store facing the customers. Online prices also were the same. There is no mention of weight being a factor as of 6/12/2023 anywhere on the price list and staff and the owner failed to prove that weight is a factor in the pricing model. I did pay for my package as it was a three dollar difference and was not going to leave my expensive order with them but I will not renew my subscription with this company. Given the date and uniqueness of the situation I'm sure the staff will know who i am but will not post my picture evidence so as to not immediately confirm my identity. I was able to sign and he made copies and scanned the documents. He practiced Covid-19 precautions and we all wore masks.
