I used to stop in whenever I was in the area. That said, I consistently left feeling confused about the customer service. The team never seems eager or willing to help. I've always had to ask if they have my size or if they can check in the back, and even when making a purchase, it often feels like ringing me up is an inconvenience. There are many great stores in this center, but unfortunately, this location has become my least favorite in terms of service. The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. I've stopped going in for now, but I hope the service improves because the products truly are lovely.

The dark haired middle aged/older lady with glasses was the most obnoxious shop worker I've…read moreencountered. I arrived today at 4:45; one other customer was there. As soon as I came in the worker said with a bit of attitude "May I help you find something." I told her "no, just browsing." At that point she began following me, tapping her foot and very loudly humming, following my every step. When she noticed that wasn't going to get me to stop shopping, she got on what seemed to be a fake call saying loudly "hey, I'm trying to get out of here. I have one customer left." Then she "hung up" and loudly professed how she "guessed she'd take out the trash." As a result of her terrible customer service, I made note of a few things I was interested in and will have to buy them in other stores. Absolutely disgusted. They lost good business today; I shop often and mainly wear resort wear. To the ridiculous hellion working in the store today: If you don't want to work until the store actually closes, don't work closing shift. If you're the owner, just hire someone else to work when you don't want to. If you have an emergency and need to leave early, just apologize and tell the customer you're sorry, but you need to close the store early and welcome them back another day. You'd think in all your years on this earth, you'd learn how to communicate and behave with a touch of class.

Angela is my favorite sales associate. She quickly puts together items that suit me and she is honest and truly only wants to sell me what looks good on me. Really appreciated her help today. Not you, sexy, that's for sure! Glide right past the entrance and the regularly priced merch, and home right in on the SALE shelf and racks. Honestly, at least a third of the store is on blowout sale at any given time, and if you're talented at wheedling, even regularly priced items will have a healthy percentage shaved off if your pleas come forth in the right key. Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. Button-up shirts with sequins and applique are available in case you're tired of being the only one of your friends who isn't living out his Entourage fantasy (btw - please say your fantasies aren't as douchey). T-shirts, too, of course, though honestly, the jeans are the only worthwhile men's item unless you want to dress like one of those people who drives a leased Audi and tells everyone that they're a music producer when they really pump yogurt for their rent money. As a first-time western boot buyer, I had a lot to learn, and he took the time to help me find the right size, explain how boots should fit, and even show me how to use a boot jack! Even though I wasn't able to get the boots I came in for, I did end up leaving with a really great shirt. AJ's knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the visit worthwhile.
