This is the best ice cream place in the Jackson area. The ice cream and food choices are plentiful. The ice cream is full of flavor. We have recently tried the Mango Sorbet and it is absolutely fabulous! It is always a treat for our kids and our dog. ( she gets the "dog treat") The prices and portion sizes are very reasonable. I find this place to be quite expensive, although their serving sizes are quite generous. I think the quality of the chocolate they use is on par with Palmer's chocolate, which is basically brown wax. I, frankly, prefer the "other" ice cream place in town, but my hubby likes SwissSwirl so I defer to his preferences since I can take or leave ice cream. read more

If you are looking for a sweet treat with a sweet value you have found your place! First off, portions are very generous and prices were very reasonable. I ordered a small vanilla soft serve in a cup with sprinkles and man was it the best one i've ever had. When the ice cream came out, I was starstruck. The ratio of sprinkles to ice cream was ON POINT! The ice cream was perfectly covered on top (a very large amount for a small may I add ) and came with the most fun color changing spoon. As I was devouring this delicious rich, frozen treat, I was delighted by the many sprinkle surprises throughout the cup. Sprinkles were somehow dispersed throughout the middle of the ice cream! And just as I thought I was going to be finished eating, I dug a little farther down and found a jackpot of sprinkles at the bottom! Whoever made this ice cream deserves a nice raise! Overall, I would have to say this is the best ice cream eating experience I have ever had from the big portions and small prices, to fun presentation, and the high quality sprinkles and ice cream. 10/10 will be eating again read more

I stopped here on a hot day with my niece and nephew. My niece wanted to get the Superman ice cream because my nephew is obsessed with superheroes. Being the person that I am, I wanted to make sure she would like the flavor before we drove away and be satisfied with her choice. She said she'd never had it before so I asked the girl behind the counter what the flavor was like. Her response was that of someone who knows nothing about customer service. She was extremely rude, rolled her eyes, was sarcastic and kept saying she didn't know. What? You're selling a product and you don't expect to get questions about your products? I understand if you don't know all the answers but to act like it's unreasonable to get questions is ridiculous. This place is in a very small town so one might also expect a little bit more home town hospitality but we definitely did not receive that. Another gal walking by, not sure if she worked there or not, heard what was going on and stepped in to answer my question kindly! How odd! But I was thankful. I'm just hoping this young worker who served us can learn about serving customers with grace and decency. read more

BIG servings! The small Flurry is huge and full of stuff! No skimping here. The doggie cup is fabulous- vanilla with a little dog biscuit in it. Love it. I had the Turtle Shell Flurry, which lasted almost the whole way home to Ann Arbor. Other half had 'vanilla in a cup' with sprinkles and chunks of cookie dough. Check out the Brooklyn Dump (it has EVERYTHING in it!) and see if you can be added to the official season list of those who can finish it! read more
