I recommend!! The goodies here are delicious. The milk chocolate bark melts in your mouth and I miss it already. The milkshakes are thick and creamy. There were actual strawberries in my strawberry milkshake which was a pleasant surprise! Every Thursday there's a happy hour from 4-6pm where you can get a $5 classic shake! I also learned that they have a party room in the back where you can reserve it and make chocolate bark with a group! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are well kept and so is the seating area. For a handicapped person, there are certain areas that may be difficult to navigate (the line for service and the bathroom).

What a wonderful experience we had tonight thank you to the Milkshake Factory in Ann Arbor. They hosted the Yelp event this evening. We had a small tour, make our own chocolate barks, and tasted milkshakes. They even had dairy free. Now keep in mind that the sore was open the entire time we were there. The service was beyond excellent. The ambiance inside reminded me of an old time ice cream shop. The decor on the walls was great. If you are tired of the birthday parties at the pizza shop etc, consider having your party at the milkshake party there is a private party room. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to eat the chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you @yelpdetroit for the invite.

I love this place!! It's my first visit and I am in ! I had the pleasure of making my own chocolate bar and tasting a milkshake flight. We made our bars and had a fantastic time! The options available to personalize our bars were plentiful! This was so much fun! While our bars were setting we had a vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate shake "tasting". The vanilla and strawberry were my favorites! I can't wait to return when I'm in the area! The owners shared the history of their business and their presence in the states. They were very welcoming and made our visit extra special! The manager was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The space is open, spacious, and well lit!

I love the idea of Milk Shake Factory. It's a fun concept. I would love to hold a birthday party here for my candy-loving nephew. I visited recently for the first time to take advantage of their fabulous deal for a free shake for your birthday (if you're signed up with their rewards program). Being a lover of both raspberries and dark chocolate, I selected the raspberry truffle shake. It's a very deluxe shake topped with a chocolate bar. I enjoyed the shake, but it was loaded with mini chocolate chips and I didn't enjoy the texture of the chips after a while so I would probably omit the chips or select a different flavor next time. I'd also be interested in trying one of the chocolate barks on a future occasion.

Caramel Toffee Cappuccino and dubai chocolate bars

The staff was so friendly here and even let me sample chocolate (I didn't even ask to) I tried the dubai chocolate bars and the toffee milkshake. It was very good. I will be back to try something new . Only negative feedback is the music is to loud and you can barely hear the person standing next to you let alone the person calling the name of the order

Milkshake Factory is the perfect place to go for milkshakes and chocolate bark. While passing by, the name alone made me want to come in, but knowing that the classic milkshakes were $5 from 4-8pm was a true selling point. I had the cookies and cream milkshake and it was fantastic! It was creamy, not too thick and had an incredible flavor. The bark looked so delicious that I had to order some. The staff was very friendly and I was able to have a free sample. That bark melted in my mouth! I bought the cookies and cream/brownie bark and it was some of the best that I had ever had. I also purchased three more since they were 3 for $10. I hope to visit again when I am in the area.

Wow, this place is a welcome addition to A2! I really appreciate the location as it's directly on my commute. Parking is easy and the vibe is casual. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a awesome caramel pretzel shake that was really sweet and delicious. I will be back!

This place was an afterthought after eating spicy Korean food next door. Perfect pairing! I actually came here 2 days in a row because the shakes are so great! It's a Very clean, modern and spacious spot with excellent service and even a rewards program. I got the dairy free chocolate and peanut butter shakes. Fab! I'll definitely return to try the other flavors.

Oreo cookie classic shake

My first time coming to the MilkShake Factory. Given that milkshakes are the primary item sold, one would think they would be pretty good. Yes, they do deliver on there milkshakes, these milkshakes are a touch above your standard milkshakes. The strawberry pretzel milkshake was advertised as their special so they may not have this one all the time. The strawberry had the perfect amount of tart and the salt from the pretzel enhances the strawberries. The confetti cupcake milkshake was pretty good as well taste lots sprinkled and frosting in the milkshake. The classic Oreo shake was solid for $6.75. Each shake is 16oz and the rest of the space is filled with whip cream or other toppings depending on the shake you choose. The strawberry shake was steep at $9.95 and the cupcake confetti was $8.75, so not the cheapest option, can't say I would come here regularly, but when I want to treat myself and the kids would definitely consider coming here. They do have a special happy hour on Thursday from 4-6pm all classic shakes are $5 so this would include the oreo, but not the other two shakes, I ordered.

Stopped by this cute milkshake shop in Ann Arbor. For me, milkshakes are hit or miss. But this place was pleasantly surprising. It's in the west age shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. It was very clean inside with lots of tables to sit at. I got the chocolate dipped Strawberry shake and it was absolutely delicious. There wasn't too much syrup, it was great ratio of everything. It even had little chocolate chips in it. I will definitely be back for another one. Sooooo good!!!!! The

This place is incredible! It's a new spot next to Tous les Jours, and has a gorgeous interior. I was warmly greeted and asked if I had any questions and what I was in the mood for. I asked for the dairy free options, which she said a lot of the menu could be modified for dairy free. My order was quickly made, and delicious! I will definitely be back.

One thing I love in life is a good milkshake! And Milkshake Factory does theirs right!! I've already been to their cute shop a few times and am always impressed by their welcoming and quick service! I don't go too wild with milkshakes and tend to stick to the classics and I have to say their vanilla shake is perfect! The texture is just right and the whipped cream really adds to flavor! The decor is super cute inside and they have tons of seating. Definitely becoming a frequent go to!

Taste testing the Peanut Butter Brownie and the Cookie Jar milkshakes... mmmmmm

This place is very clean! The staff were helpful and kind to our group of 3! Service was quick and efficient. The milkshakes are thick and creamy with lots of extras in them! They are just the right size at 16 oz. Nearly a sugar overload, yet ohhh so delicious!! The chocolate bark was scrumptous! I would come in for the bark again without hesitation.

Very fast, very good milkshake, very nice employees, maybe the volume is a little low for the price, but everything is overall great.

They have an array of flavors of bon bons (chocolates with a filling inside) lined up behind the glass case including fudge brownie, peanut butter and jam, and much more unique combinations that I paid no attention to because i was enamored with the rest of the shop. They had all sorts of knick knacks, stickers (some were for free!), mini greeting cards, shirts, tote bags, cool shaped chocolates on the shelves. Each bon bon is $3.50 and it gets individually packaged in a tiny box. If you're feeling extra, you can buy a cute cardboard carrier case for your chocolate treasures ($2). Otherwise you can still get it packaged in a cute box for free (pictured). As for the actual bon bons: - The fudge brownie one had a deep chocolate flavor with only about 35% sweetness which was quite dismaying. - The PB&J one was sweeter which I liked and the jam added a bit of tartness. Comparatively, this bon bon had more complexity than the dark bitterness of the fudge brownie.

The service is friendly, if not a little too watchful of your perusal however the food is both bold and mute. What I mean by that is for each of the flavors you either have too strong of a flavor or too light of a flavor. For instance let's take a look at two classic fudge flavors, peanut butter and chocolate, the chocolate is far too strong as if there is too much cocoa powder and the peanut butter it too light tasting mostly of powdered sugar instead of peanut butter. Not to say it isn't inedible ( that would be a 1 star review) but with how strong the flavors are it isn't preferable. This applies to all the flavors and other items as well. The other items such at the truffles are hard, not due to anything like nuts but because the chocolate isn't made to be soft yet stable. Getting something like Lindt truffles from a grocery store far beat out the truffles here unfortunately. This trend is continued with the other items available as well, nothing hits the spot and is either too strong or too weak in flavor and texture.

The case of macarons was beautiful , multicolored rows of well labelled flavors. We each made some selections and ordered some drinks. Our hosts ordered a large French press pot to share. I had time to speak with staff about the last k of space for baking and how they arrived at so many flavors. They do not bake onsite but receive frozen shipments from the main bakery in Grand Rapids as handiest the Holland, Michigan store. They defrost enough each for each day so they never run out of flavors. They were some of best I have ever had. Nothing like what you might find in the bakery section of a grocer. I chose three macarons to enjoy at the shop: blueberry, coconut, and strawberry cheesecake. I liked the delicate crack of the macaron shells and the creamy, flavorful centers. Each sported a design to distinguish itself from the others further. I also had a piping hot Earl Gray tea along with these treats. Espresso, French and Italian sodas, and lattes are also available. Customers stopped in throughout my visit for a quick purchase or to savor their macarons at nearby tables. Service was disappointing.
