I've been playing for over 25 years and have been self taught. I've been consistently in the 90's…read moreand would occasionally get into the high 80's. During a big golf trip two years ago, I developed a major shank in my irons and had lost all confidence in my game. I was back to three digit scores and would celebrate if I broke 100. I took a break and finally decided to seriously consider lessons. I found Laurent through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) as he was one of the highest rated teachers in the area. I went in for an assessment and in that session alone he was able to address some things that had me go from shank to baby draws at the end. I signed up for a lesson package that consisted of 5x two hour lessons. In my first and only lesson, we focused on iron shots and permanently removing the shank. He tried many different approaches to get me to address my problem and we used the entire two hours to find the right fix. After the lesson, he texted me a practice plan with a breakdown of the drills I needed to do every day. His follow-up and willingness to put in the extra effort in communication outside of the lesson shows he cares and see this as a team effort. He holds you accountable for the effort and discipline needed to succeed. This is where the value of his coaching style stands out, you get way more than you pay for. Rather than go back in for a second lesson, I focused on the drills and implementing what we worked on in my game. I did this all summer on a regular basis. I'm now consistently shooting in the 80's and my playing buddies have noticed the difference. This with just one iron lesson. I'm now anxious to go back and work on some of my iron misses and start working on woods. On top of all the great coaching, he also shows a lot of interest in me personally and has helped me connect with other folks in his network. I feel fortunate to have found him and to be a part of Team Laurent!

I had assumed that would be a personalized plan on how we would improve my game. But it was just a list of his rates for different ranges of people. I'm sure the same thing he sends to everyone. If that was all he was going to send, why not just give me that info before the assessment? Also, I understand this is an assessment and not a lesson but I think the assessment is not only for him to assess me but for me to gauge how I like his teaching style. Alas, I didn't get any comment on my swing or what he would be trying to improve. So I asked him over text what his plan for me was but he ignored the question and just responded with something about not competing with youtube or range "pros". edit(Response to his comment): Nothing I said is incorrect. You are right you sent me your rates on Sept 24th 2022 at 12:54pm. That is AFTER the assessment @9am on the same day. I've attached our texts as proof. Perhaps instead of name calling, you could appreciate that my experience was not great and try to improve....

I'm actually surprised to be writing this 5-star review. I had a swing evaluation yesterday and was…read moreexpecting to be underwhelmed by the analysis and Golftec's ability to quickly start improving my swing. I'm not sure why my expectations were low, but they were. But I was very wrong. I loved my eval with Logan Zoritec. He did a great job of quickly showing me my two biggest flaws (hands too high at the top of my backswing and -- consequently -- an over-the-top swing) and we immediately started working on some drills to improve my swing. I was impressed enough to sign up for 5 lessons on the spot with Logan. Aside from the rigorous video analysis and focused drills, I like how I can rewatch video snippets of Logan's video analysis to remember and reinforce his observations and recommendations after the lesson. Last comment: I'm a drills guy. I want someone to help me focus on one flaw at a time... provide teaching points and drills to help me fix the flaw... and then show me before/after videos so I can see for myself that our work has reduced or eliminated the flaw. That's exactly what I think I got yesterday. At $87 per 30-minute lesson, they are more expensive than some, and less expensive than others. The price does vary somewhat based on volume. It's worth noting that when you buy a bundle it comes with a completion deadline. For example, I need to complete my 5 lessons within the next 3 months. Not a problem, and Logan assured me they are flexible if illness or injury forces a refund or extended completion deadline. I'll update this review after my first 5 lessons. PS: I'm sure all the coaches are good, but for the record, I was very happy with Logan's insights and teaching style. PPS: Find a friend who is already a Golftec customer and have them refer you. You'll each receive $100 in Golftec credit to apply to lessons or equipment.

Definitely try it. They film your swing from two angles. Often you think you are doing one thing,…read moreand discover on video you are doing something else! The private practice component is great too. You get a private room and can control the video yourself. Slow motion, freeze it, and much more. It's great. Only shortcoming is no sand trap practice or uneven lie practice. Got to be on a course for that.

As someone who was completely new to golf, I honestly didn't know where to begin -- the swing, the…read morerules, the equipment -- it all felt overwhelming. But from the very first lesson with Coach Lew, everything changed. Coach Lew has an incredible gift for making golf approachable, even for total beginners like me. He creates a comfortable, supportive learning environment where no question feels too small and no mistake is treated as a failure -- just an opportunity to grow. He breaks everything down with patience, clarity, and just the right amount of challenge to keep things exciting. What I appreciate most is that he never just tells you what to do -- he teaches you why it matters and how to make it work for your unique style. Every session with him builds both skill and confidence, and I can honestly say that I now look forward to every time I step on the course. Coach Lew has turned what was once a completely foreign sport into something I genuinely enjoy -- and I owe that transformation entirely to his coaching. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your game, Coach Lew is the kind of coach who will meet you where you are and take you further than you thought possible. Jonathan and I thank you for your service and cannot wait to visit you!

It is definitely catered to folks with golfing experience, but even those of us who were new had a great time! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, but the accommodations were what surprised us the most. Each bay is completely private and decked out with couches, TVs and even fridges. The fridges are key since you can bring your own food and drinks! Overall we had a great time, and when you break down the prices it's really just over $10/person per hour, which is a steal. We'll definitely be back! PRO-TIP: there are multiple websites out there and it's a little confusing which is which when booking. We used www.swingeasygc.com. But you can always call and Nick will help you out!

Had a couple of beers and signed up to be a member. Give it a try, especially on a cold day when you still want to play golf Only reason a four star instead of a five star was because of the location issue ; but again Cole was very inviting on the phone made me want to come, and Dominic was very accommodating while we were there

The facilities felt comfortable and well managed. The golf course itself had a slightly busy and somewhat unorganized atmosphere. It's not an overly difficult course, but my score wasn't great--especially because the greens were quite challenging. Reading them was tougher than expected. I heard that the original 36 holes were redesigned into 18 holes. One advantage is that it should be cooler and more comfortable during the summer. Thanks to the recent rain, the fairways and overall course conditions were decent and enjoyable. Overall, it's a pleasant course with friendly service, but be prepared for tricky greens.

Absolutely terrible experience with the GM at Milesquare Golf Course…read more I'm just a regular golfer who reached out to ask a few simple questions about how their group booking process works. The GM, Scott, responded with one of the rudest and most condescending messages I've ever received from a golf professional. Instead of answering basic questions or even being slightly polite, he acted like I was wasting his precious time and basically told me to go screw myself. The arrogance was actually shocking. If this is how the GM treats regular golfers just trying to understand how to book with his course, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their actual customers. Extremely disappointing. Definently the worst customer service experience I have ever received at any establishment. Will not be playing here and will be telling my golf group to avoid this place as well.
