Management turns on the sprinklers and says to come by in the morning to get it. I come by in the morning and management is claiming they can't find it. Absolutely no help whatsoever and I'm now out $400. I will never spend another dime at this place and will recommend everyone I know to avoid it. Who knew my best option at the time was to run out into the middle of a packed driving range? I guess I would have done it if I knew that was the only way I'd get my driver head back. Terrible management.

Each bay came set up with clubs, menus, and seating, and a server walked us through both the food ordering and how the games worked. Once we started playing, I didn't want to stop. We played nonstop for 2.5 hours. We ordered a big platter of food that lasted the whole session. It's entertainment venue food, but honestly good for what it is. The service really stood out though. Even though we had an assigned server, multiple staff members checked on us throughout the night. When it started pouring rain, someone immediately came by and moved us to a bay with a tarp. Super attentive and very appreciated. Such a fun time. I'm already planning to get the summer fun pass so I can work on my swing.

Not only did they not warn me, but they didn't produce a document that showed me what their policy was and let me sign up without telling me or doing anything but taking my credit card. Bad service, a bad policy and poor communication!!!! You're better off going to a place like XGolf in Rockwall, Top Golf in Dallas or some of the other simulator operations in North Texas and engaging their pros on a pay-while-you-go-lesson! Immediately upon walking in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome asked if I needed any assistance. Upon learning I had an appointment I was taken to a golf bay and Brett was there to greet me and explain the process and what he was looking for during the evaluation. During my evaluation I was able to try several different lengths and brands and within an hour Brett was able to dial in what I needed and made his recommendations on what would be best for my needs; which I had no problems agreeing with. I will add at no point during my visit did I feel pressured to make any purchases and I felt everything was fairly priced. In the end, the amount of knowledge shown by Brett combined with the top notch customer service has made me a customer for life.
