They do not keep you updated on order if it starts to drag. They do not answer phone. Phone to location gets routed to a system. You will have to physically go to location during business hours to check on your order/build. My build was wrong (grips), I drove back, showed them, this was on a Thursday and asked if they could fix the incorrect grips and additonally regrip my 5 remaining clubs by end of business Monday as clubs were being shipped Tuesday.I was assured that that would NOT be an issue. After no contact by 4 pm Monday, I drove back over only to have to have staff physically locate my since Thursday UNTOUCHED clubs. This location is terrible.
