My boyfriend and I have had two couples massages with Spa Kneads and both have been phenomenal. My boyfriend falls asleep every time and we both emerge completely restored. The room is cozy and the professionals are just that - professional. The massage is a head to toe experience in relaxation! I can't rave about Spa Kneads enough...and they are moving to a new, larger locations, so clearly others are raving about Spa Kneads too! The prices can't be beat, too. Booked a Groupon to try out Spa Kneads. I booked and redeemed the same day. I had Dee who was awesome. She was very good and I enjoyed every second. Loved the venue at the Club house. Quiet, tranquil and comfortable. Thanks Dee. I'll be back. Had given this 5 stars. This is an update to the prior post. I bought another Groupon and it didn't state that this was a one-time deal and only for first timers. When I called to book and asked them that I wanted Dee again, the rude mgs asked how did you know her name, I stated this was my second time she stated I couldn't use the Groupon. I had to call Groupon and cancel the entire certificate and get credit. The manager who I talked to was pretty rude about it so as I said I would have gone back to go see Dee, but the manager of this company is not very good or nice at all. read more

My wife and I first went to Spa Kneads because we had a Groupon. It's not fancy, it's a small room within a large building with lots of beauty related rooms that I assume you rent out. But once you're on that table you feel like your in a fancy spa. We got really lucky with our masseuse, Ashley. She's fantastic! I get a lot of migraines, at least one every week and ever since Ashley massaged me the first time in May I haven't had a single one! I now go to see Ashley once a month and my experience is always great with her! My wife feels the same way and we can't wait for our next appointment! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. I had a groupon for a 90 minute massage but it expired because they would not answer the phones. I finally scheduled an appt nearly a year later to use the amount I paid for the groupon for a 35 minute body scrub. When I arrived there was a scheduling issue so they rescheduled my appt and decided to add an extra 15 minutes for the inconvenience. The service, in total, lasted under 30 minutes, compared to 50 minutes. And what about getting your full appointment time. Have you improved on that? read more

Massage 80 mins ($40) with Ashley on 11/07 Well...a few things: My appt time was changed from 1100am to 130pm - no problem. I requested Daychell, but when I walked in, it was Ashley - again no big deal, just comfortable with Daychell. The day off the appt I was called and informed that the facial machine was broken and in need of repairs - no big deal, was just really looking forward to the massage; she did offer a 80 mins instead of 50 mins - great! Well, on the day of the massage I walk in and something told me to ask if the massage was going to be 80 mins? Well apparently Ashley wasn't informed of this change and her response was "Well, she didn't confirm with me, but I'll do it this one time because I have to pick up my kids at 330pm." *sigh* Well, professionally you shouldn't tell the customer that - it makes the customer feel like they are at fault. She should have chose her words better. And not to sound insensitive, but customers don't really care what you have to do afterwards - we just want to relax. In any case, the massage was really good and I left there feeling great. And the only reason I gave 3 stars even though the massage was great - was the slight difficulty it took to book my appt not with a person I wanted and the non-professionalism - I just couldn't give it 4 or even 5 stars. I have been going to SpaKneads for a few years now and had a good experience and the prices are great! But I don't know if I will be back. read more

DO NOT TRY IT! My husband thought this would be a great Valentine's date. When we arrived, the couple that was leaving was explaining that they had prepaid, but they were being charged again. We should have taken that as a sign and left then. As we went in to the room, I took off my wedding ring and put it in my purse. The two masseurs argued over who should do my husband's deep tissue massage...they were fighting over who was more tired...we were the last appointments of the day. One table was broken and did not have a head rest. We had to switch because my husband can't turn his head due to a neck injury. I was still very uncomfortable. My massage was worthless. I've had better from the chair at my nail salon. We left knowing we would never go back. When I looked in my purse for my ring, it was gone. Thinking it might have fallen out when I reached into my purse, We tried calling for two days with no return phone call. When we finally reached them, they said they did not have the ring. She was awesome!! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've had several massages before and sometimes they use too much pressure or they talk too much. She was perfect! I've been back because the massages are amazing and now their new location takes things to another level. It's not fancy and if you're looking for frills, go somewhere else. Ashley was a very good masseuse. She almost put me to sleep, which is rare. In setting up the appointment, I had left a message on Monday for a possible Thursday appointment. I was not called back until Wed. I thought it was funny she mentioned they needed a 24 hr cancellation as there was no way that was happening because she called less than 24 hrs before the appointment. read more

I booked my massage through Groupon and I had a great experience. Dee took such good care of me! She worked out the knots and I felt like all my stress was melting off of me. I found out about Spa Kneads via groupon and called to book the appt. This was just last year so hopefully they have changed locations and everyone has got to start somewhere right so that is why I didn't give 1 star. I got there only to get to a locked door. I knocked for a bit and no answer. I realized It was actually just a small room inside of a salon suite building so I waited outside and called the person I booked the appt with Daychell and said I'm outside of the door waiting but it's locked. She said she was going to call the person that is to do my massage and he name is Mariah. She was 20 min late coming in. The massage was the pretty bad. I had to keep asking her to apply more pressure and at that point I was just ready to go. My 15 year old niece could have done a better job and I wondered if she (Mariah) had done a massage before. I was very dissatisfied and would never go back. I didn't feel relaxed at all in fact had to go get another massage that same week at a Different place! I would have been livid if I had paid thier full asking price for that experience. I went to Massage Green later that week where I was so satisfied I signed up for a membership. Then there wasn't any clean sheets for her to massage and I was asked to reschedule.! THEN I talked to the owner I'm assuming no introduction to who I was speaking with told me they had forgotten about my appointment..!
