When I opened the pool - the water level Was extremely low and it was obvious the liner was leaking. Lou doesn't answer or return calls. He does not stand by his work and does not do anything close to quality work. Horrible horrible experience overall. read more

Had this company come out twice to charge me $500 each time twice in one week and the situation still wasn't fixed. Got two other recommendations in the prior worked at this place for the other two places to tell me that it's my skimmer line leaking swim times pools is garbage and take a vantage of their customers, especially women when I called to explain the situation the lady was very rude on the phone, and they will not refund me any of my money definitely do not recommend this company to anybody so worst experience ever they will be hearing from my lawyer get people who know Wtf they are doing that guy Lue will take you and take all your fucking money zero stars for this asshole read more

Super bad experience. Manny came to our house gave us a price of 3900 to replace our pool liner and install a new floor. His price was pretty competitive with our others bids we've got, not the cheapest but also not the highest so we decided to go with him. So he came out to get the deposit for the liner we felt good about what he told us it seems that he was experienced and new what he was doing but unfortunately it became to be the worst experience our family lived through. After we gave him the deposit we had to wait two week because of the day he was going to start the project my wife miscarry our baby and so we asked him for a week so we cold get ourselves together. After a week I called him and gave the ok so he came out 3 days later and did the entire work in one day. 2 months later stones started to pop under liner due to a bad floor preparation, I called him and he said better to wait until the season was over to fix the problem so I waited because it wasn't that bad. So several weeks later my daughter noticed more stones was coming through the liner and we could easily see a point of a rock about 1/4 of a inch that created a hole in the liner. And it did not stopped there, several rocks started to damage the liner and we were loosing water constantly. So I called him again and he promised to come back and fix the issue but he never came back or called. Now he does not answer his phone and does not honor his warranty or services. The floor that was really pour prepared. He used less the a 1/4 inch thick vermiculite and that caused us to loose our pool liner in less than a year. After all stress and finally getting a hold of him one day he answer the phone was rude and very unprofessional so to avoid any more stress I asked him to give me a new liner and I would get another company install it and he agreed but never got me the liner and just gave me excuses after excuses. Opened pool for first time this season. All the shoddy work done by Lew and his crew last August is still evident. The base was not properly installed resulting in pieces of stone and concrete visible under the liner. Anchors for ladder and handrail improperly set. Getting a reputable pool company to correct all of Lew's screwups. read more

Let me start by saying I would never recommend Swim Time Pools and Spas LLC to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Swim Time Pools (Lew) submitted a quote to refurbish the pool which had not been used in many years and also to remove and replace sidewalk. The pool company was not used for the concrete work since their price was $10,000 higher than another quote (red flag #1). The contract was signed on 4/8/21 and a payment of 1/3 down was required. Lew stated that as soon as the old sidewalk was removed he could start the job. Since steps were being added to pool, Lew requested us to have the concrete company also dig the hole This was all completed by early May and the pool company finally returned to start the job on 6/2. They showed up at 11am and left at 2pm. The first request by one of the workers was "Where is the nearest liquor store?" (red flag #2). The track to hold the liner was partially installed and the steps were put in place but not anchored. When they left all the empty beer bottles and trash were thrown in the hole by the steps. When leaving, Lew stated they would be back on Friday (2 days later) but it was more than a week. On 6/10 paid second third of cost after center steps were installed. Prep to install steps done by my concrete contractor at no cost to Lew. After center steps were installed Lew failed to properly back fill where steps were installed. My concrete contractor again completed job for Lew at no cost. Lew promised to be present when sidewalk around pool was poured to insure proper placement of anchors for steps and handrail. Lew did not show up as promised resulting in problems for proper installation of hand rail and pool ladder. Throughout Lew did not communicate with concrete contractor. We were under the impression the hand rail was part of the center step quote, but Lew showed up with a bill for $1400 for hand rail and pool ladder saying it was hard to get a hold of these items from his supplier. I refused and purchased the exact items from Amazon for $490 and got delivery within a week. Project was finished on 8/12. This is a one man operation, Lew does all the work, his crew of 3 people are just helpers, not able to work unsupervised. On the first day one of the crew wanted to know where the nearest liquor store was. Would absolute not recommend Swim Time Pools. Poor communication with both Lew and Alice. Overall poor installation, liner corner came out of tract almost immediately. read more

Swim time offered a very competitive quote to replace our in-ground pool liner. They completed their work very fast and the liner fits perfectly. The crew winterized my pool at no additional cost while replacing the liner. #BONUS I was impressed with their willingness to explain the problems the pool had as well as how to fix those problems on my own. I would call Swim Time the next time I have a pool maintenance need. read more

I will never go here again the lady working when I went in was nasty acted like she was being bothered and when I wanted my water tested first insisted I buy a chemical before the water was even tested yet. I'd rather drive down the road a little bit more to piper or even Niagara pool store as they are friendly and no hassle! read more

Went in yesterday to have pool water tested. Woman was very friendly and helpful. Didn't push me to buy any products. Did review the report. I purchased 1 of the chemicals recommended. She went over the procedure to add to the pool. And suggested I have the water tested again in a few days before adding anything else. Will definitely be back. read more

Needed a new liner for my in ground pool. Contacted Swimtime Pools & Spas. Two guys came in and did all the measurements needed. Had an appointment for them to come back and get a down payment and start the job. This was May of 2013. It is now May 2015, two years later and have never heard from them. They should've at least, out of respect, call me and say they didn't want to do the job or simply that they couldn't make it or whatever, anything but instead they didn't even bother calling. I would never recommend this company. This is no way to do business. read more
