Got to register and it came up as the original price. Had to get a manager "Josh" involved and he offered $10 off because he could not lower the price and admittingly made a mistake on the sticker. They even made accusations that someone in the back had already spoken to us about the "wrong tag" price. In order to cover for their mistake by someone in the shoe dept. In my experience as a loyal customer in other stores, More than often said store will acknowledge their mistake and honor the stickered price in order to maintain a good relationship with their loyal customers. Needless to say we walked out and they lost a sale and possibly a customer going forth. I at least will NOT be patronizing the Naperville store again for my needs.

I started to chat with them and they finally opened up but it felt like pulling teeth to ask them about sale items or what the hot item was. Your mileage may vary as far as experience goes. I went back the second time cause I had a blast the first time. Now I will just timidly go back but if I see the guys working, I might just leave and go elsewhere. You can definitely find some great stuff here, though. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they do tend to follow you around the store, so if you're thinking of stuffing that $35 t-shirt in your waistband, good luck. While I appreciate their efforts to deter shoplifters, it makes for an awkward shopping experience for the honest folk.
