Been here a few time and always awesome service, very helpful, staff was extremely nice and thoughtful.

I'm not a fan of this store at all and not sure why our club continues to use them other than kick back. I'm not one to write a review because I usually don't care but these guys just can't handle large orders and or simple requests .Orders from the 4 years have never been on time and this year just upset me more than usual. A whole month late . Also I requested a certain number, was told by someone over at soccer2000 that I needed organization approval. I GET organization approval , soccer2000 tells me they've noted and guess what ? Kid has a completely different number than what was requested . Why waste my time telling me what steps to take to get it if you're going to just not do it anyways?? Just say you're not doing it . Also quality of uniforms are disappointing . So many other organizations with better looking quality jerseys. read more

This place has awesome customer service!! I ordered a red stars jersey in December that had some stitching come loose. I called them, sent pics and received a new one as soon as it came in. They were quick to respond and delivered as promised. My 10 year old is super happy with her jersey and I am very impressed with the way this was handled. As a Soccer (football) fan and sombody who lives in the Western burbs there are limited places to go to and buy fan gear. Soccer 2000 is one of them. The people who work there are generally teenagers and for the most part are helpful. The place itself is pretty "meh" looking but the prices are decent and carry all of the big European clubs as well some of the smaller ones as well as some MLS teams . Prices are on par with Chicago Soccer and Soccer Post but they give you a 10% discount when you sign up for their email list which you can use everytime you buy something after that. read more

This store cannot get their shipments right ever. I ordered my kids gear for the upcoming season in late May/early June and have yet to receive it. There was one message saying it would be late because of COVID but now that we are a week out after their new ship date we have still no communications from them about when items will ship. The lack of communication is not new either. Even before COVID we had the same type of issues with this company. If your club is looking for a vendor for kits, I'd make sure you talk to them about how they communicate. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Since I am a huge soccer fan, this store has just about anything you want from jerseys, balls, boots, full kits, socks, equipment, etc. However, the employees, while not jerky, don't see to give a s---! I visit this store a handful of times a year and have never had the experience of their employees greeting me. Not a single "hello, how are you, how's it going, thanks for coming, can I help you, have you seen our new jersey's that have just arrived," etc. They look at you like "Oh, crap. A customer. I might have to act social or be helpful." Otherwise, great stuff. I guarantee you if another soccer store opened nearby that didn't act as if they didn't need my business, I'd be there in a heartbeat. read more

This place is the supplier for my kids soccer club. Last year we ordered new uniforms which change every two years. Not only were the shirts small but the over priced jacked has a silk screen logo on the back thay have begun to crack. This season we orderd new shirts because the old ones just did'nt fit due to the small sizes. Order is now past due and we can never reach an actual live person to find out why. My goal is to find a better businees for our club to use. read more

I'm giving a single star because I cannot give less. Our soccer club order was due in July so that all the team gear would be ready by the end of August. It was quite a few weeks after the date we were supposed to receive it, when I emailed to check and was told they were working on the order. Received pieces here and there. The t-shirt came gray with pink printing rather than maroon. Still waiting on the game Jersey. The season has started. I received an email that I could come out to the store (I did pay for shipping, mind you) to pick up my completed order. I am here now, only to be told it isn't here. They supposedly have it to our club. I am so frustrated with this vendor! If you cannot handle large orders, don't take the accounts. How about communication with us? Let us know you are behind. Offer to fix it, compensate, something! Not this run around and complete lack of acknowledgment that this is all your issue. I sincerely hope the club finds a new vendor, because I will not be coming back to this store. read more

Just visited today and I will be back. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the guy who helped me to be very, well, helpful. The selection in the store was good and they carry larger boot sizes, which is what other soccer and mass sporting goods stores do not. I didn't do a lot of price comparisons, but it's always better to support local business if you can afford to. So I'll be back and encourage anyone in the area to give it a shot as well! read more

Stopped in to this store yesterday. The parking lot was empty and I was clearly the only customer that was going to be inside. There were two employees at the counter having the most delightful conversation...they hardly noticed I walked in. After a few minutes of going through several racks of jerseys and not finding what I was looking for, I needed help. These two were still at it and didn't give me a second of their attention. This is the second time I have had issues with orders with this store. I ordered Jerseys that I needed on Saturday on Wednesday. The clerk checked stock on the Jerseys and said they were in stock. I asked the clerk if they could be shipped next day air to me, she confirmed that they would be delivered straight to my address. It is now Thursday of the next week and I still have no jerseys. I had to actually contact the store and they told me that the jerseys were sitting at Addidas ready to ship. Why are they sitting at Addidas when they were requested next day air to my address? I have been to the store now three times and all three times the clerk could not seem more disinterested in helping. In fact she acts like she is bothered. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Mixed emotions about this store. Its a hit or miss. The other day i went in there and got a nice pair of Nike shin guards and socks for $17 bucks they were on clearance which i thought was a steal. But besides that they don't have a huge selection in my opinion and a store dedicated to soccer and soccer alone should have everything. The cleats are wayyy over priced and the kids that work here are basically useless. But hey if your close swing by maybe you will get lucky and they will be having a sale. I am a huge soccer fan and love having a soccer store to shop at. I wish there were more options I drive 20 minutes for this store. Overall this store carries all the major catergories of gear. However, the selections within those catergories are limited but adequate. The employees could be a lot better. I recently bought a pair of boots for my daughter and specifically requested all natural leather boots.
