I usually only rate 5s for what's great about a place because anything less is subjective. I went around 12:15 on a Wednesday. A hoppin' staff of 6, just not hoppin' in my direction. I was behind one lady who already ordered but we both stood there for what felt like forever and one of the gals finally asked her if she had already been helped. Thought that was weird because a few mins later a different gal brought her big order over, who then asked for my order. I got a cherry bomb. It's a cherry Pepsi that tastes like I touched the straw with suntan lotion (because of the coconut cream), so the flavor was, ok, as expected, but the disappointment was the soda was almost flat. I was hoping for a crisp, icy beverage. I was already in my car, driving off, and running later because of the wait...for a soda that took longer than something at a coffee shop...before I got that first Swig of sadness. I ended up tossing it. They were busy, so maybe I just had poor timing. But I'm not bummed about not being from the area and not having one closer to me. Cheers to yours being better! read more

We went for their grand opening and wow! This place was slamming because of free food, but they handled the traffic and busyness amazingly. Move over Chick Fil A service.... These people were friendly, have a pretty cool product, and know how to keep things moving. My only "concern" is how busy they are about to make the visitor center area. I got pretty in pink for my drink which I loved because it wasn't overly sweet. I'll be back when I need a treat. Ps Mo Bettahs next store was fantastic too. read more

Drive-thru entrance is not intuitive and at least with snow, fairly difficult to find. It would make more sense that they reversed the flow...entrance becomes exit and vice versa. Engineer must've fallen asleep. Pretzel cup is large, they came out piping hot and were tasty. Cookie was cold, maybe previously frozen? Overall, MEH! Why so many similar places in Twin? read more

I dig Swig. I'm so glad we have a location in Idaho now. I always stop in on my way home to Boise from business in Twin. The drinks are always good - I try a different one each time and they never disappoint. However, sometimes the service is a little clunky. There's usually about 4 people working, and it doesn't seem like they're always on the same page of who is supposed to do what. They usually come out to take the order, and then a couple of times when I get to the window, the girl just gives me a blank stare - is she waiting for me to place an order? Does she not know that I already ordered? Another thing that has always irked me about Swig - not just this location, but the ones in UT too - is that the frosting for the cookies is done when you order but the frosting is ice cold which makes it hard for them to spread on the cookie and not yummy to eat right now. I usually have to let it sit out to warm up and thaw out. This frosted cookie here does not look like the menu picture. I feel like I missed out on some frosting - and I noticed the girl frosting it and then leaving - maybe she was in a hurry to be off shift? My favorite place to go when I need a little pick me up during my day! My absolute favorite is the strawberry breeze refresher with sparkling water. It gives you the fizz of a soda but the benefits of fruit and water. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store and drive through have been clean and inviting during my visits. read more

I came through swig this morning to get a regular Diet Coke, and the young lady that greeted me outside was so welcoming. She recommended the Waikiki and it was amazing! I got the pretzels and they are outstanding!!! She talked me into trying some cookies and they were so good! There were only 2 people working and they got my drink out so QUICK ! Wow!! So not familiar with Idaho and lucky enough to have an extra day in Twin Falls we decided to drive around. Saw this place and thought why not treat ourselves to a drink while driving the sights. We ordered two hot chocolates and two flavored sodas. I hadn't tried mine but my mom blurred out it was the best hot chocolate she had ever had. My husband loves his as well. My dad and I thought our sofas were delicious and refreshing as well. The cookies though!!! Hubby got the peanut butter and it was so soft and chewy. This was my 1st visit to swig in twin falls. They did a terrible job making my drink. They added the cream and then added more soda which made it really foamy. I asked them to make it again and they just took the foam off the top and then added more soda. Again they had to scoop off the foam. With this process I didn't have anymore cream in my soda. It tasted flat and not very good. Good thing I was just passing by and won't ever go again. The girl wouldn't make another soda and was rude when she handed it back to us. Kinda laughing.
