Java needs to start drug testing their employees. Been a long time Customer since they came to Twin Falls. About 8:30 this morning we got in line well past the rush-hour which extended out to the street. After waiting several minutes, my wife and I noticed the order taker was taking a very long time with each car, chatting up the drivers and delaying everybody in line. We finally got to where we were the next vehicle, and he took a good five minutes, talking up the young woman. Eventually, he walked up to our window and asked how we were doing. I wasn't particularly friendly, but I wasn't rude either and just replied "fine". He took my wife's order and asked if I wanted anything and again, I just replied with a "nope". As he was putting in her order, he asked if I liked waiting in line, I said not particularly at that point he looked up from his pad and asked if I thought I was important. I asked him if he was being sarcastic, and that's when he snapped. "Get the fu** out of my line!" He yelled. I just looked at him and asked incredulously, "Are you serious?". "Yeah", he yelled again, "Get the fu** out of my line a**hole! ". My wife and I were shocked, and just looked at him. He repeated, "Get the fu** out of my line and don't ever come back!" Fuming, I drive off not wanting to engage this unhinged individual further. My wife was physically shook as she cried no one has ever done that to her before. Yeah, I was annoyed, justifiably, and maybe he picked up on that, but I said very little and wasn't at all rude. Definitely didn't deserve being treated like that from some Java Jockey on a power trip. There are plenty of other places in town to get coffee, we're deleting the apps that won't be back. read more

We stayed the night in Twin Falls on a road trip and tried Java Express in the morning for something different. I had the heavenly mocha hot and my daughter had the Sweet Anarchy hot mocha along with a Pepperoni Bagel. The service was nice, drinks and food were great, there are plenty of choices and we got a few free stickers! What's not to like? Thanks Java Express! read more

Smoothies just average, nothing to cheer over and service is slow. I ended up leaving the drive through line the 2nd time I visited just to give them a fair chance. There are much better places to spend $7 for a smoothie. read more

I spoke to the nastiest of employees. He used fowl language when i asked to speak to his boss. I wanted to bring my family there to enjoy some good coffee but if this is how you treat customers the food must be terrible aswell. I will not be giving them money anytime soon. read more

Small, easily missed coffee and drinks place that's reminiscent of Dutch Bros and certainly competes in taste. Service is quick, servers are knowledgeable of their menu, and their menu has many options for anyone from a morning brew to an afternoon pick-me-up or to just have a nice cup. Definitely recommend the hot Matcha Tea with White Chocolate. There's also a small patio area for walk in orders but the space is meant for quick drive thru, and you won't go wrong with any of the menu. Coffee shop has good drinks and friendly staff but zero sense of urgency. I don't have half an hour to wait in line for a drink. I want to support this local business over Starbucks or Dutch Bros but I can't justify the half an hour wait times with 1-2 cars in front of me.
