In town on business & needed an ice cream fix to cap off a productive day. Stopped in to Stella's,…read morea clean, well-recommended shop with a welcoming retro sensibility. Consistent with other reviews, Stella's delivered; intrepid flavors, attentive service and friendly staff. Easy to see why Stella's is a Twin Falls favorite. The team were accommodating, offering samples for this first timer to decide; well-trained and genuinely helpful. I selected a recommended flavor, golden Cheesecake and Snickers, and received generous scoops. I'm a cup guy, but also remarked their wider selection of cones and waffle cups. The first thing I noticed is the authentic freshness their ice cream conveyed with well-balanced flavor. Just really, really good...refreshing. One thing that I had missed that evening was their coffee offerings; perhaps their best kept secret. I was looking for a coffee the next morning and recalled their sign outside, so I stopped by the convenient drive through for what I hoped would be an equally elevated experience. Again I was not disappointed. I was fortunate to meet the owner, engaging and amiable, who with some friendly interaction, made me one of the best coffees I've had in a very long time. I was compelled to call back to thank her; yeah that good... This place is a gem and deserves its place as a fixture in Twin Falls.

As a boba tea connoisseur, this place has the best boba tea I have ever had, which is really saying…read moresomething because I have had quite a few. They use real ingredients and make their boba fresh multiple times a day, so there's always some just-cooked, still warm boba pearls ready for you. Their smoothies are made with real fruit and are delicious. The service is extraordinary and always quick and friendly. It's a great place to hang out as well! The main thing you have to know is how to order like a boba pro: House brown sugar milk tea with pearls, half sugar and less ice. Whatever you order I always say half sweet and it always is perfectly sweet. I always say less ice because you're really not there for the ice. This method pretty much never fails at any boba shop, and they make it just right at T Time. I can't recommend T Time highly enough!
