Quickly becoming an addiction. I left my hometown behind and my cookie craving when I came here for work. Or so I thought. I spotted this shop when running next door for lunch and had to stop. The concept is smart: change the menu weekly. Every week 4 new cookies are introduced for that week only. Then they go away for nearly 9 months. So you gotta go try it, right? Missing the dirt cake or the banana cream would be wrong. I can't promise every cookie is a 5 star but usually 1-2 of them are. That's part of the fun, reviewing cookies each week and comparing with others. What's fun for some may be an addiction to others. Most harm it can do is to your scale so enjoy a little. Driving an RV is stressful and my husband had a particularly stressful day of driving, so I decided to surprise him with some cookies. Covid-19: you can order takeout or delivery online. I did delivery. I always go through the company directly so they don't have to pay the fees of the third party company. I wish I had known they use DoorDash anyway because I have a credit card that means I wouldn't have had to pay the DoorDash fees, but didn't take advantage of that since I went through Crumbl instead. I had a chance to try Crumbl at a pre-opening event back in Charlotte. The only cookie I tried there was the chilled sugar. I was excited to try some of their rotating specialty flavors. I had to get a box of 4 to get them delivered. I got two Pumpkin Roll cookies, a Raspberry Cheesecake cookie, and a chilled sugar cookie. The cookies are huge. I loved both the Pumpkin Roll and the Raspberry Cheesecake. They were both very unique cookie flavors and I love that they're delivered soft and warm. I had already had the chilled sugar, but it's really good too. I love that it's cold. The frosting is an almond frosting. I think this is the best cookie chain I've had. They have very unique flavors and the cookies are so soft, warm, and big. I think they're definitely worth trying. read more

The cookies are way too high in calories. One cookie is enough calories that I eat in a whole week. I can make better cookies that are lower in calories. Don't waste your money on this fattening American cookies. Now I know why Americans are so fat. I fed these to my son who is diagnosed with diabetes. I had to take him to the hospital after one cookie. I am so disappointed in this establishment. The service is also very slow and the workers are "quirky" (as they said). The lighting is bright enough to send me into epileptic shock. read more

So much calories its absurd, The cookies taste like pure butter I think its amazing that this bakery is still in business when they're basically sellings two sticks of butter with one tbs of sugar and flour. The cashier also told me to please hurry up but there was no one behind me and they could've simply left me alone whilst I decide what cookie to get but even then the cookies were so big it would've filled me up when all I wanted was a simple digestible cookie size. Never going here again not only are they cookies horrible but so is the customer service. read more

Crumbl Cookies is without a doubt the best cookie chain to which I've been. Their flavors are unique and always changing. Their base cookie is great and can stand on it's own. And they are consistent across locations. My experience with the Twin Falls location was the same as my experience with the Charlotte location--it was great! read more

I stopped in on Friday evening and ordered the Biscoff cookie and funfetti cookie. The cookies were warm, soft and large (I probably should've only bought one) and cost over $3 each. My favorite was the Biscoff, as the funfetti had a light cream on top and was a little too sweet for me. The cookies were surprisingly just as soft the next day. The two female workers were not very welcoming, so that would've made for a better experience. read more

I drove all the way to Crumbl Cookie in Twin Falls. I had trouble finding it and drove around the target/WinCo foods parking lot looking for it. When i finally found it I walked to the doors but they were locked. I knocked on the door and waited, about 5-10 minutes later an employee came jogging up to unlock the door. They stood there trying to unlock it while I stood outside waiting in the cold. When they finally opened the door I was given a 20% off discount. The employee had a nasty attitude when I started trying to order some cookies. Where is the customer respect? I ordered a plain pink sugar cookie and a pumpkin cake cookie. They were horrible, it tasted as if someone substituted sugar with SALT. I felt something disgusting in my mouth so I crushed the cookie to inspect it, and there was a long blond hair in my pink sugar cookie. I got the impression they had been waiting a while. employees were working on making product and struggling with a frosting applicator and joking around. if you like cookies, come on down to Crumbl Cookies! The chocolate chip was warm as others noted. Not too hot, but warm enough to have the chocolate melt in every bite. Not too sweet, as I note a hint of salt. Mmmm..We also tried the shark cookie (?). It's a large, thick sugar cookie with a shark gummy on top. Cute! Who doesn't like fresh cookies? I like that they adorn the cookies to order. We tried all their flavors. They are good...not great. The cookies are a bit cakey to me...overly large, so perhaps next time I should try the small size. Churro icing is delicious. For a warm cookie, they are pretty decent. They are a bit pricey, but they've got to keep the doors open so I understand it. Worth giving it a go to see if it's for you. read more
