I love Swig, its an addiction. I always get a dirty diet coke and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just be warned, it's super popular and can get busy real fast. A list of my favorite drinks are... Dirty diet coke- diet coke with coconut Bloody wild- Mountain Dew with mango and strawberry Fruit loop- sprite with strawberry, watermelon, and peach Wild- Mountain Dew with mango Vanilla root beer And all the cookies are amazing. I went through a phase of eating just sugar cookies but the I tried the oatmeal chocolate chip and I about died. I brought sugar cookies to my boyfriend's dad's birthday party (say that 5 times) and he still talks about it. He is always asking me to bring more. And let me just say that this man is obsessed with his treats and they have to be good. These cookies saved my butt when I forgot a gift. Went here for the first time today with my kids, the line of cars wrapped around the place and we had no idea at first that it was a store and you could go inside. There really isn't anywhere to park. Inside was bigger than I thought it would be, but there weren't really a lot of options for sitting, I think there are 3 tables. Good selection of drinks and food items. We got the Malibu (Dr. Pepper mixed with coconut and vanilla), it was delicious! We also got the sugar cookie with the pink frosting and the coconut cookie. The sugar cookie was *very* sweet, the coconut cookie was better in my opinion. read more

Heard that the cookie were good. Bought 6 for $9. They give me partially frozen dried up crumbly tasteless things. Will never go back. Nice start after 1st weeks opening. I am noticing that the drive thru lines are getting shorter already. I think word is getting out about this place. This is an establishment that obviously does not care about customer service. Most of the staff are lazy teenagers who prefer hanging out with their friends while on the job rather than showing good customer service. Greatly disappointed and will not be returning in the near future. I didn't try any of the food or drinks so next time I go I'll have to update my review. read more

I was not impressed with the service. I pulled up to order and the kid in the booth didn't even take the time to pull his eyes away from his phone (I assume he was looking at his phone. Otherwise he was staring at his crotch) to say "Yeah, what's up?" After I placed my order he swiped my card and didn't say another word. Expecting a receipt I waited, but he just stared at his lap. I have had so many friends talk up swig and I wasn't really impressed. Soda was ok, and I'd heard amazing things about the sugar cookies. My cookie was cold, like it had been in the refrigerator. Went to Swig for the first time and was denied service. The hours posted on the door and website states closing time at 10pm, but upon arrival at 9:07pm the doors were locked. The lobby was full but I witnessed 3 other cars turned away as well. Definitely disappointed but I'll just continue to give my business to Slurp since they actually want customers. read more

I'm no soda drinker so this place is just alright. I've tried many different types of drinks on the menu and most of them just being okay nothing really special. I'd only go here to get a sugar cookie. I love there pink frosted sugar cookies. I even love that there served old. My husband likes that soda you can mix any flavors to it. He's found he like the purees better then the syrups. The service here is usually not that great, lots of young kids. Which I don't mind if there trained properly, most the times they look lost and confused or don't even greet you when you walk in. Be prepared to wait behind 10 minivans at most times of the day. The sugar cookies are pretty good but they don't surpass the Granny's pink cookies that you can get at any convenience store. The specialty here is huge mugs of sugar flavored with more sugary syrup. It's kind of unique but not a place you want to go if you are health conscious at all. I thought the service was OK but for the price I'd rather go get a good coffee. Waited in line a long time in the driveup. Ordered regular coke at the order window with some flavoring. At the pickup window when handed my drink I verified with them that my drink was regular and not diet. After I pulled out I tasted my drink and it was Diet! Being that it was Friday at 5pm, traffic was a zoo, and it was not just an easy turn around to get back to Swig. I was lucky enough to get one of their few parking spaces to walk inside. The teenager at the register apologized. Took my cup, emptied it, then went into the back room for what seemed like 5 minutes! She returned and made my drink. Swig's combo of syrup to carbonation is off. I don't enjoy the cookies. When I went in, the cleanliness did not meet my standards. They weren't using gloves to frost the cookies and the frosting was sitting on the counter, in a Tupperware-type container with no lid. Flies were flying around. I have been to swig numerous times here as well as in St. George. It seems to be a reoccurring theme that the staff is lazy and has a horrible attention to detail. I have never been inside this one but from the reviews I have read it's not worth my time. The drinks are usually good but half the time what I ordered isn't correct. The line is usually way to long and it's just not worth it. If you want a good drink and faster/better service I recommend going to Slurp. Until Swig gets there staff in check and provides better service I will not be returning. read more

Went with three kids after a long day and had a major migraine. Looking for some caffeine to keep me going. The cashier gave me tons of options (I'm not really a soda drinker) and heard all my kids begging for cookies and told me they had a mini cookie option. Hooray. Everyone got cookies and drinks and I didn't have to waste giant cookies. It was super busy in the drive through and I didn't want messes in my car so we went inside. There wasn't a lot of parking but I could tell we were definitely the minority trying to park and go in. We had coconut cream and raspberry purée in our drinks and it was a hit.
