I didn't know what to expect when you mix creamers and sodas. They don't have this where I'm from, and it surprised me on how sweet and tasty this treat is! I ordered the Jolly Elf which tasted similar to Jamba Juice's White gummy. My partner ordered the Cherry Bomb, which tasted like a Pepsi Float. Went here with my wife yesterday and we were using mainly her gift card to get a couple hot chocolates and some pretzels. Bottom line is the hot chocolate tasted like cleaning supply. Started with these hazelnut type hot chocolates that tasted almost chemical and we told the employees and were told how their hazelnut can be really strong and asked if we would like something else, so we decide on just regular hot chocolates. We get those and leave the drive-through and try them and yet they also have this horrible weird chemical taste to it. Had to throw them away and just get hot chocolate somewhere else. The pretzels were at least very good as always so at least we got something out of it but very disappointing overall. I have to admit I went here because of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives but it lives up to the hype! I love all the Dr. Pepper varieties! My partner and I were in Utah and I wanted to try this place out since seeing it on Tiktok. We ordered the Cherry Bomb and Jolly Elf . This first one reminded me of a creamier version of a icee from the movie theater. The other one was more tropical flavored and was very refreshing (we also ordered vanilla cream to be added which we thought made the drink taste even better!) I loved the flavor of our Lime Ricky however they filled our cups full of ice when I asked for light ice but all in all it was a great refreshing drink. The iced sugar cookie really hit the spot. I order this flavored drink pretty often, and I always ask for it to be made without vanilla cream... well today, the person who made it said they didn't put any cream in this drink. But clearly, there is some kind of cream in there. It literally started to separate after no more than 5mins. Honestly, could use one in California - just seems like a fun idea on a summer day. prices are incredibly cheap - sizes are bigger than excepted and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. It is drive thru only so that is kind of a plus for me. I got the founder - wanted to try so many things but landed on that. Next time I am in town - I will definitely try other things. They had a seasonal smore rice crispy - honestly, one of the best rice crispy I had - it had cereal and marshmallows in it - did not think it would be such a hit for me but I went back next day for another. Note that they have someone in the drive thru taking your order so be mindful you need to look at the menu before hand because it is more like a think quickly situation. Man this swig has always something different going on vs all the other swigs. So I buy the gift cards from Costco add them to the account cause it saves me $10 and I still add points. I've been to the other swig in Draper... no problem. Saratoga Springs... no problem. Lehi... no problem. Etc... The girl wouldn't let me use the gift card cause she didn't scan it to the account and said that you can't use a gift card unless they scan it in from someone's phone (it's my wife's account on her phone) but it's never been a problem at any swig except this one. Then she got the order wrong. And the girl at the window was really nice and fixed it. But still it's always something here. Ridiculous staff. I came by to pick up an easy order (one drink with a cookie) and waited in line to pick it up. The first girl outside was great, said they'd have the order ready for me when I got to the window. When I got there, the second girl first insisted that I was at the wrong location, and then once she realized that she was wrong and that I was ten minutes early for my order (after having ample time to know that I was there in line waiting at the same rate as everyone else), said I would have to come back later. Here's the problem - if I hadn't ordered online, she would have had my order done by this point, because I waited in the drive through for my order like everyone else. The first girl knew I was there and had the means to tell the in-store staff to prep my order... Nonetheless, I got impatient since there was a meeting I needed to go to and requested a refund. The app requires a order number for me to refund it, and somehow DOES NOT provide you with an order number even though it requires you to have one to make any complaints or to report the location. I had to call the location to ask for a refund, which I still haven't seen happen. If you want Swig, go to the West Draper location, not the East. That's what I'm doing today. read more

Sketchiest swig I've ever been to. Took us a while to find the drive through and one of us was worried about getting drugged by the swig because it's right next to a smoke shop. Here's the deal: I LOVE Swig. Love. I make multiple visits a week. Please don't tell anyone that. My favorite is a diet, sugar free Texas Tab, and I try to refrain from getting a sugar cookie because holy delicious calories, Batman. I just can't eat them as often as I'd love to. They are so, so good. But between this location and the Murray location, I've had the most issues at this one, and it's not the product that's the problem; it's the people. I go very slowly through my order so it will be entered correctly. My order is always the same: Diet Dr. Pepper, sugar free vanilla, coconut cream, light ice. Here are just a few different experiences: The first time my order was botched, they did "sugar free vanilla and coconut." No, thanks. I told the girl at the window that the girl taking my order wasn't listening and didn't enter it in as coconut cream. The girl responded, "Oh, do you want me to just add the coconut cream in, or remake it?" Is that a question? It's going to taste weird, so please make it how I ordered. Thank you. Several times I've gotten a ton of ice when I asked for light ice. Today I got my usual drink (above), and got my friend a drink as well. It's the same thing, except with sugar free raspberry instead of vanilla. When I got to the window, an employee handed me the second drink saying, "And the same drink, just smaller." I could see on the rim of the cup they had put SF van instead of SF ras. So I told her that wasn't correct; it should've been raspberry, not vanilla. She was polite, apologized, and re-made it. But I could tell when she handed it to me that this time, it didn't have coconut cream on top. Really? I'm fairly certain the girl taking my order put it in correctly, so it's just a matter of the other employees reading the screen and fulfilling the order. I knew the drink wasn't right, but there was someone behind me in the drive-thru, so I left. I gave it to my friend, and indeed, there was no coconut cream in her drink. When you pay extra for these mix-ins, and they don't put them in, I get pretty annoyed. I want what I'm paying for, and I want what I very ~slowly asked for. To their credit, the people here are always very nice. I just wish they'd get the orders right. Very slow! Two Extremely slow experiences! Wait in line for 30 minutes and cannot even leave. Didn't expect to wait for 30 minutes to order. The second time was not improving,too. Waiting 20 minutes for shorter line this time(about 6 -7 cars in front). I will try to avoid this location if time is limited. read more

Almost always a line for this place. I don't blame them given the number of SUV's full of patrons I see pulling up often. The service has already been friendly, and the drinks have always been great here. The loyalty number aspect is kind of invisible until one day you're told you have enough to cover your drink, which is nice of course. Location is both a blessing and a curse, and unfortunately I cannot give them 5 stars for it. Often on sunny, hot days, the line will go out of the Swig parking lot and onto the roundabout of 122nd street, which can block traffic of the apartment complex there. What's worse is that the drive thru exit often gets blocked by cars trying to immediately pull out onto 123rd, which is busy at most times of the day (especially if they're left turning onto 123rd). Just one large SUV can block the drive through exit for 3-4 cars deep. They really need to be directed to go back out through the parking lot and leave through 450 E so they aren't blocking people from getting out of the drive thru. read more
