Almost always a line for this place. I don't blame them given the number of SUV's full of patrons I see pulling up often. The service has already been friendly, and the drinks have always been great here. The loyalty number aspect is kind of invisible until one day you're told you have enough to cover your drink, which is nice of course. Location is both a blessing and a curse, and unfortunately I cannot give them 5 stars for it. Often on sunny, hot days, the line will go out of the Swig parking lot and onto the roundabout of 122nd street, which can block traffic of the apartment complex there. What's worse is that the drive thru exit often gets blocked by cars trying to immediately pull out onto 123rd, which is busy at most times of the day (especially if they're left turning onto 123rd). Just one large SUV can block the drive through exit for 3-4 cars deep. They really need to be directed to go back out through the parking lot and leave through 450 E so they aren't blocking people from getting out of the drive thru. read more

What a disappointment! So much hype, and only oatmeal chocolate chip cookies live up to it. The drinks are ordinary, and the staff tells you what you want - regardless of what you want. The chocolate chip cookies are tasteless. The sugar cookies lack frosting; as in you can see the cookie through the frosting because there is so little. The drive through is handy. This is the only location that can't figure it out. We've ordered a handful of times online and we're waiting 10 minutes minimum after pressing "here." Most of the time nobody is in the drive through. When they do come out, it's just some high school kid that doesn't acknowledge how late the order is. The drive thru was terrible. The service was good, drinks are good, but this locations drive thru is hindering their ability to get people in and out fast. I have been there 3 times and it's a similar experience every time. The line for the drive thru is long. Not because they can't get people in and out fast but because getting out of the drive thru is tough! The road you turn onto after you get your drink is traffic central so turning out onto the main road after you get your drink can take a while, which in turn creates a massive line! It took me over 30 minutes today to get my drink, again not the service but the location next to the busy road. read more

I live 1.3 miles away from Swig (in Draper), and I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I'm a regular customer. My absolute favorite drink is the diet Raspberry Dream (diet DP, coconut cream, raspberry puree). In fact, I love it so much that I've only ever tried one of the other sodas. I also quite like the sugar cookies and was SO happy when they started offering the smaller "Social Sugar." I already feel guilty enough getting a delicious soda and I only rarely add a cookie to my order. I've been coming here for a couple years now and I have almost always been pleased with the staff. They are super friendly and make me feel like a valued customer. There is one guy right now that's always working the drive-thru booth when I go and he is Always So Happy. It seriously brightens my day to see him in such a good mood. read more

I'll give it a solid 3. They have a lot of options. The location is really not optional right off a really busy road. It's actually quite dangerous. Then you go all the way to the back road to get to the drive through, which the line is always very long. I don't understand why. We ordered a 'drop out' which was Mt Dew with lemon and fresh cranberry and my favorite mix from another place which is Dr. Pepper with mango, raspberry, and coconut flavor shots along with some cream. The guy in the ordering window gave me like 4 different cream options and I wasn't sure what to pick so I went with half and half. (Something else probably would've been better.) I think it was slightly overpriced for a soda shop, but it's not like I get a special drink all of the time... Our drinks were ready once we reached the pick up window, which was nice. The 'Drop out' ended up just tasting like regular Mt. Dew, we would not recommend it. Mine was good, but not the best I've ever had. After I got home and mixed it some more, it got better, but still. I'm not sure what the draw is to this place, but it's always packed when I pass by. I probably won't be back soon, but if you're in the area maybe give it a shot. read more

Drive through situation is absolutely ridiculous. I live in the apartment complex right next to this location and EVERYDAY they are backed up to the roundabout that people use to EXIT the complex. This is getting to the point that my roommates cannot leave their cars parked out front in fear of being stuck behind some idiot that needs his soda rush. Do not support this location for how idiotic the management must have been to put the drive through where it is. If not fix the drive through fix the speed of how quickly you are sending out drinks. read more

One of my favorite sweet stops has now added scones to the menu. You can choose from Salted Toffee or Raspberry white chocolate. I tried the Salted Toffee and loved it. I'm definitely going back for the Raspberry white chocolate. My favorite is the classic pink sugar cookie. If you love sugar cookies, you need to try one. read more

I'm a soda addict for sure and love their sodas. I will say though my order is wrong about 75% of the time. I also always order the same drink and the price is always different? Not sure if it's all locations, but this location is straight chaos. People are paying a lot for a soda they could get at the 7 eleven for half the price, get the order right. read more

Not impressed. I had heard about this place from some of my friends. I decided to give it a since I had a sweet tooth and was looking for something to snack on. I pulled in and decided to walk in since I had never been here and I wanted some time to look at the menu. I ended up ordering one sugar cookie and one chocolate cookie (I forgot the name of it) and a soda. The soda was good and I loved their ice! The worker handed me my cookies and they were cold. I understand that they probably refrigerate them to keep them "fresh" but these were so cold. I tried to take a bite but the cookies were so hard and so cold. I was disappointed. Really nice experience here. The drinks were creative and tasty, and the service was friendly and fast. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the drive thru line was crazy- we could hardly get into a parking space. Once we got inside the store, the long-ish line moved quickly, and the employees made our drinks very quickly as well. I had the Dizzle, which was a sprite/coconut/pineapple/peach mix, and it was really good. Additionally, I heard the guy at the counter give a couple of military people in uniform their sodas for free, which I really appreciated. Of note, there is a lack of seating inside, but we planned to pick up drinks to go so we didn't mind. read more

Super disappointed with this location. From other reviews, you can probably tell that I am OBSESSED with soda bars. It's kind of a problem. But not really? I go almost every day. This location is super close to one of the locations I work at for my company. I go on drink runs for the staff and myself at least once a week. A couple weeks ago, I visited, got the drinks, and drove back to work. Upon arriving, I realized that two of the orders were wrong. I realize mistakes can be made, I love Swig, so I let it go. It's not the first time they've made a mistake though... The next week, it happened again. BUT I caught it at the drive-through. I repeated back to the employee exactly what was wrong and what I should have. He said he would take care of it. I got my drinks, took a glance at the labels, and it looked right. However, again, upon arriving back at work, I realized one of the drinks that was supposed to be fixed was still wrong...not even close to what I had wanted. I literally threw it out because it did not taste good. And man, I love soda...so that's saying a lot. Even though we are just talking about a few cents each time, it is super frustrating that you are paying extra for flavors, cream, etc. and then you just don't get them. The staff at this location are always super friendly; there's one guy that works the drive through on weekends a lot and he just makes my day. He's so energetic and fun! So the staff really are great, I think they just need to fine-tune the making-of-the-drinks process. Mistakes happen, but when they happen that often, it's not great. As great as the staff are, I wasn't super thrilled with management. I visited Swig's website to email the management, just to let them know that I love everything Swig, I was just frustrated with what was going on. It says directly on there that customer service is super important to them...and yet I never heard back from them. It's been a week. First of all, I paid $7.38 for 3 cookies and 3 waters. The hailed sugar cookie didn't really have a good flavor for nearly $2. Also, the oatmeal chocolate chip and the chocolate chip cookie felt like they just so-so and they just defrosted them from the freezer. Who wants a COLD chocolate chip cookie?! I asked my daughter if her cookie was good and she said, "not really, like if you made cookies or if I did, I'd want more, but with this one, I don't". I love to order swig and come through the drive through. Love the drinks and the line is understandable. However, a couple times I have gotten the wrong order, or they made it wrong and I asked for them to remake it. You can never expect how they will respond though. Sometimes they are sweet, but other times they are clearly bugged like it was my fault. A worker threw a straw at my mom and the manager had to apologize for him. My brother wanted to try swig out because he is moving to Utah soon. I am not the biggest soda fan myself, so I looked at the online menu and was exited to see boba tea. However the menu in store was different and did not include boba tea. I ended up getting the daydreamer and my brother got the tropic. Not expecting to enjoy, I was surprised that they were actually quite good. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because the interior was dirty and it smelled unappetizing.
