The trainer, Jenna, has been amazing; knowledgeable, interpersonal, and amazing with our pup. Jenna really goes out of her way to learn about the pet owners and the struggles they may be facing and gives them tips and tricks to help overcome. My husband and I adopted Layla, a 1 yr old Pomeranian and Blue Lacy mix. After a month of trying to train her on our own, realized we needed perfessional help. It paid out in a big way! We did the 10 day board and train. Our pup needed guidance, boundaries, and leadership, with Sit Means Sit we have been able to give that to her. Added background: We brought Layla to a consultation at Sit Means Sit, she saw a trainer's dog showcase her leashless awesomeness and Layla FULLY LOST IT; Barking, pacing, acting in an aggressive way. We've never seen that with Layla... after 10 days of board and train, that same dog crossed our paths and Layla was cool as a cucumber!!! Talk about growth and confidence!!! Even more so in a room full of med- large dogs (which Layla use to bark at) she was super calm and keeps her focus on us, her owners! Thank you Sit Means Sit! SMS leaders: Thank you So MUCH for the kind words on Layla, it was so nice to see she touched y'alls' hearts as she does ours! Thanks for taking care of her!

Therese has taught me how to take control of him using positive methods. We now walk weekly through busy parks and farmers markets with many other dogs and he is a perfect gentleman. I did try to work with another popular training group in the area but I didn't feel that I was getting much individual attention. At dogs unlimited, the classes are small and the trainers work with you and your dog to fix you and your dogs individual quirks. The shop is very clean and a perfect size. It offers air conditioning for those hot days. Both trainers are extremely knowledgable and offer plenty of individual attention to myself and my dog. I have purchased their private lessons for my dog, beginner class, and intermediate class. I am shocked at how well my giant doberman has responded to their methods. I , too have learned so much from Dogs Unlimited. I am grateful to them for everything.

We have a big boy, a Bernese mountain dog to be exact, and we wanted a training facility that would allow him to socialize. Not only that, the group classes help me train him with distractions, and that has helped us tremendously when we take Beau out into the world. We have already gotten so many compliments on how well behaved he is for his age. Granted, you have to put the work in. Isabella is an incredible facilitator, but ensuring Beau gets mini training sessions at home with what we've learned in our group training sessions is what has allowed Beau to soar as a pup. I truly can see the dog he will become, and that's thanks to Zoom Room. All in all, if you're looking for a place to challenge your dog and socialize them, come to Zoom Room Longwood!

A great sales pitch with a ton of upsells. An expensive package offered as the "right one" for our…read moredog turned out to be the minimum package available for any dog. A package sold on convenience and flexibility turned out to be the complete opposite. Shame on us for not doing our homework and reading the fine lines of the agreement. Although classes are held various times throughout the week if you schedule to attend and have to cancel within 24 hours you will still be charged for that class. Even though there are other classes throughout the week you could attend. Life happens and changes need to be made on occasion but with this company, there is "nothing we can do". I could understand if this were a private lesson and someone had scheduled their time specifically for us but when multiple classes are already scheduled why the hassle? Once you commit to the minimum package of 24 sessions, you will own it whether or not you choose to move forward, so be sure this is the right program for you and your pet. There is no flexibility. We asked to cut our commitment in half and were flat-out denied and then subjected to a condescending speech about how dogs need training and how owners need to commit to the training. We were willing to work with him since we committed, but he was not. It was all or nothing. All of this was from the owner who stated there was "nothing he could do". You're the owner, there is everything you can do. In the end a refund of less than half our original output was given which made the cost of two private lessons ( our puppy had not completed all vaccinations so we couldn't do a group session), one group session, and two canceled sessions of around $400. Shame on us for not doing a better job of vetting this company. If you are a first time puppy owner then perhaps this place will be helpful. There are many positive reviews but the program was not for us. Our private lessons were basically one-on-one with the trainer getting questions answered. The group lesson was loud, chaotic, and disjointed. We felt it would be better to have sessions where we could address the specific needs related to our pet. The bottom line is I blame myself for being too hasty and assuming this company had our best interests in mind. We should have known better and not allowed the sales pitch to draw us in. We bought a service, I get it. However, services were not rendered. They had already made money from us and spent no money or man hours that could not be recouped. The condescending speech and unwillingness to work with us was a true surprise. Will the training itself do any good for you and your pet? Who knows, I choose to cut my losses and move on. The cost of doing business with this caliber of customer care is not worth it.

That's when I found Natural Instincts on a Google search and decided to give it a shot. I signed up for the agility classes. For 99$ you can attend agility class either Saturday or Sunday morning for 6 sessions. The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. Oh and they always have someone with a professional camera taking amazing pics of you & your dog. It's definitely nice having all these wonderful pictures of my dog (it's not like my camera isn't already full of pics of her). I have one week left from this 6 week package but I'll definitely purchase a new 6 week pass next class.

Once she retired, I noticed that she still had show dog mentality and was very stubborn, especially if she wasn't being shown by her handler. I love my fur baby and I want to continue to enjoy her. I knew that this transition was new to her as well as to us, and I needed help. I didn't just want anyone to help us with this new transition from being a show dog to a loving, obedient, well-trained dog that we can enjoy inside our home and outside of our home. After doing thorough research, we located Elite Professional Dog Training LLC 5001 North Ronald Reagan Blvd Sanford , Florida 32773. We met with the trainer, Laurent Gabriel, and Josh. We watched the interactions with our fur baby, Ms. Hunnie, and they not only won her over but us as well. We decided on the Boot Camp 4-6 weeks, which meant she had to stay. But I will let you know that was very hard as well; however, the staff kept us updated with an update regularly. They even put up with me calling every single day until I became more comfortable. They also sent videos and pictures of her progress regularly. I know this was a long review, but if you love your fur baby as I do, give them the extra love they need to be happy. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.
