For a…read morewhile, they offered good quality value, but there had been many cancelations and reschedules by them on almost a bi-weekly to weekly basis. We prefer for the house to get cleaned on Tues - Thurs and often they text or call before to change it. They never clean our windows / glass sliding door. We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services.

After she came by to…read moreprovide a free cleaning quote for my house, the very next day her crew was ready to come first thing in the morning. I'm so happy to say that I was out of the house all day running errands while InoMar was doing their thing unsupervised. They're an extremely trustworthy team, great personalities and everything was in its place including all of my petty cash. I know it's silly to bring up, but these things matter to people, and having a team you can trust with your house key is invaluable. InoMar did an absolutely incredible job cleaning my house. Everything I can think of was included, the outdoor furniture cushions, the tumblers by our beds were hand washed, and every surface of our indoor furniture was vacuumed and finished, even the back of our sofa, the microwave, literally everything is clean! They did an absolutely great job and everything is spotless. I will say InoMar is on the pricier side, however it is a team of 3 and the amount they can clean per hour is staggering. Overall I really love this team and am happy to continue being serviced by them!!

Absolutely Incredible!…read more From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They replied to all my messages super quickly and were always attentive to every question I had. I even spoke with them over the phone, and they were extremely helpful and resolved every single issue I ran into. When I needed to ask about an extra service, they were incredibly kind and understanding. On top of that, I needed a detailed receipt after everything was done, and they helped me out immediately, even after the cleaning was finished and payment had already been made. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! the team who cleaned the spaces we asked for was amazing too. The ladies were so sweet, polite, and respectful. They were extremely careful with our space, and the house looked spotless after they were done. The cleaning itself was hands-down amazing. I'll be definitely using them again.

This is hands down the best house cleaning service I've ever had. They were on time, extremely professional, fluently bilingual, went over and beyond and even cleaned areas I didn't ask to be clean but needed it. To top it off they even brought their own equipment which is HUGE. The value they provide truly doesn't match their price as I've paid significantly more for much less than they provided. Truly a 5 star experience at an unbeatable price.

They don't call back. They have you store multiple credit cards on their site but then tell you that you owe them money. They change your schedule without notice and then get angry with you if you politely question them. They accused me of giving them 1 star and the last review I gave them was a 5 star review well after my last interaction with them if I could give them a negative rating. Jorge and Daisy are their only good employees. They get 5 stars the business gets negative 5 stars.

Other companies I spoke with had long lists of what's included and what costs extra. Estela's doesn't operate that way.
