Sounded good so I contacted the guy directly through text; guy was responsive but with short answers. Requested availability and he provided an 8-10am service time the next day (Sunday). Provided addresses for pickup and confirmed they accepted credit card. I also told them to let me know if they needed anything. No texts after that, assuming everything was good. For pickup day, still no response. No confirmation. Waited the allotted time just to make sure the 8-10 was not for arrival time. Not sure if it was just not scheduled or just a missed appointment, but they ended up not coming. So I texted them back saying I will go to a different service. Lesson learned on my part. make sure to talk to the guy on the phone and get verbal or written confirmation and verify arrival time.
