The microwave went out after one year and one month - one month out of warranty and they won't fix it. The owner won't return my calls. We were trying to purchase new stools, but he made ours look brand new at a fraction of what it would have cost for new ones! If there were 10 stars I would give him a 10!!

We had looked at hundreds of slabs before deciding on 2 very specific slabs of Crema Bordeaux for the intense burgundy color bursts throughout. What they installed looks absolutely *nothing* like the slabs we selected and paid for! Our countertops are so bland and brownish black with next to none of the burgundy bursts that we bought Crema Bordeaux for. I absolutely believe they switched slabs on us!! He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer. All went well and the new computer is working wonderfully. Greg his team at True Blue Computers are AWESOME!!! They went about and beyond in getting our new home computer system up and running. I assure anyone you can trust on dependable service from True Blue. They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend True Blue Computers.
