My bar countertop lifted with one pull. We called multiple times, and they will not return our calls. Majid the "manager" refuses to guarantee his work and will NOT answer calls or text. I own a lot of tumblers from YETI, RTIC, generic brands like Walmarts Ozark, Mossy Oak....I've got…read morea lot. And I can say that the Tervis tumblers are the worst ones of all of them. First, they are not dishwasher safe, at least the metal cups aren't. Plastic Tervis cups are fine in the dishwasher. So to keep these cups safe I keep them in my RV where there is no dishwasher. After a couple years of handwashing all of the graphics start peeling off. I've never had any of my other cups peal ever over countless washes in the dishwasher and countless drops...but these babied Tervis cups really fall apart. I would say don't waste your money on any of these cups especially if you can't baby them and you're trying to buy something with cool graphics. The one in my photo was originally a Baby Yoda themed cup but almost all of the graphics have peeled off. Second, Tervis or this store does not stand behind their warranty. If you buy a graphic cup for the graphic...well, the cup and not the graphic is covered by a weak warranty. Peeling isn't covered. So really bad service and they don't stand behind their products. Third, I hate the lids on these. They don't lock open so the cover flops around a lot. Fourth, they are just inferior vacuum insulated cups. They are much thinner than competitor and don't keep liquids cold or hot longer. They had a lot of cool designs so we walked out with a bunch of cups over $200 worth...not worth the price paid at all when Walmart cups would do better. And for the price difference you can have a local shop laser engrave them and it will last way longer than these.

This is not one of those stores you can park right outside and quick run in and out.

He ended up installing cheap cabinets that did even come close to what we had. He also was going to install faucets that weren't anything like what we had. We still had a cover over our medicine cabinet from the original cabinets. We made him come out and look and he agreed that it didn't match and then suggested that we stain the medicine cabinet to match the crap he installed. He then also suggested it was our fault, that we said that we wanted something similar, which is not what we said at all and we specifically stated we wanted the same quality.. We had paid half and now he refuses to give us any refund. These guys are located in the mall at Myrtle Beach. They have our granite counter and we are having difficulty getting it returned from them. If it goes on much longer, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Here's the best part, we supported a local business that has their own delivery people. Hajji & Irving took such good care. They were very knowledgeable of the products, and offered great service.
