At the end, they changed what they said, and said they actually couldn't do that. I had to hire an entirely different plumbing company to come and complete the job properly. I am out thousands now due to this company not being upfront. One of the areas they "fixed" is actually still leaking gas. I would NOT trust this company with anything. They will 100% take your money knowing they are unable to take care of the repairs needed to properly complete the job. ​

Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

A competitor of Tulsa Plumbing Repair was quoting an exorbitant price to replace a gas hot water…read moreheater. Called Bob, and he gave a reasonable quote to perform the same services. Tulsa Plumbing Repair completed the replacement is a very professional manner within his quoted 24 hours. It turned out that Bob had performed several plumbing repairs in my home in 2021. I should have called him first!
