With weeks until my home warranty policy expires, I call for service and am told to use "whoever I choose." I tried several companies who were either closed on Sunday, or said I'd have to wait until Monday. NOT pleasant news!! Fortunately I discovered Essential Heating & Air, who were on other A/C jobs, but was able to get to my home inside of 2 hours. Enid is in a heatwave and the house has hit 85°; as I'm thinking "I'm at my limit, feeling sick and the dogs are showing discomfort," Chance calls to say he's on his way. He diagnosed the issue very rapidly, fixed the A/C compressor and washed it down. Before he left, the house was cooling off beautifully. The wonderful coincidence is I found the perfect company...available on a Sunday, very familiar with, and on a first-name-basis with my warranty company, so he was really able to streamline the process with that company. Just 4 days ago, a neighbor across the street had the same issue, but used a different company, who gave him a discount. The total bill, including a weekend emergency fee, labor and parts, was still less than what my neighbor paid to his company. Glad to say, I finally used my warranty company and only paid a policy deduction fee. Thank you Chance & Essential Heating & Air!!

This company will mislead you of the work they are capable of completing. I had a gas leak issue,…read moreand they said they would be able to handle the job, getting the pressure test and getting an inspector out. At the end, they changed what they said, and said they actually couldn't do that. I had to hire an entirely different plumbing company to come and complete the job properly. I am out thousands now due to this company not being upfront. One of the areas they "fixed" is actually still leaking gas. I would NOT trust this company with anything. They will 100% take your money knowing they are unable to take care of the repairs needed to properly complete the job. ​
