She was warm and welcoming, explained every step of the process, and never made us feel rushed. We've ordered rhinestones from Amazon before and had to return them because they weren't what we needed. Here, she has actual swatches of rhinestones so you can see exactly how they'll look. She was very helpful and her customer service was great. We left happy and will definitely be going back. Best time to go is after 1 PM.
