When we received the cake it had bubbles on surface some letters were chopped off and it had a line in the middle. It looked very bad and completely unusable. Had no idea of either of this until she dropped it off and when I called after seeing the cake and asking about these issues she said it was because I asked for bigger size. No update was made no solution was offer whatsoever. It was very upsetting. The cake looked awful and we paid just under $300.for it I would not recommend this vendor for custom items.

It's mind boggling that the owners and managers don't put some kind of warning about that...seems like then you'd have a fallback for that occurring...but whotf does that, on any level?
