Tracy's sources a two solid medium roasts from Progress that's decently fun and flavorful... Texas Coffee Works hasn't really blown my socks of yet either... All that to be said, I'm still on the hunt for the best local Light roast. To my surprise (previous owner's coffee was not it...) Coffee Dog recently started selling a really good "Zombie Defense Serum" roast (dorky, kina funny name, but with an unfortunate AI art generated sticker)... It's delicious! Has a good acidity, it's fairly bright, and there's some fun notes in it. I wish I knew what day it was roasted (the 2 week carbon release rule), but I do think it was fresh and hadn't had the chance to release all of its carbon.
