Not only did I try to reach out with specific questions prior to delivery day but my order had a "mix up" day of and didn't come within the 10am to 12pm window. It came closer to 4pm when the party was almost over. Since everything was done remotely, I literally thought I was scammed out of my money. I ordered the "black & white birthday" in which it looked great on arrival. Nice bow and presentation. Opening the tower was another story. The cellophane ended up squishing and toppling over some of the cuppies which was a drawback for my dessert table. The mini size is seemingly smaller than the minis from the store (see picture). Sadly, you can't even choose cake base nor did I ever receive a response when I asked via email & text. I suppose it's a given that it's a mix of both chocolate and vanilla. As for taste, man, the kids didn't even eat them. It was dense, dry, and not very flavorful. At least, my order was and I can't say for anyone else's. Basically, it's a good option for sending to people you don't see regularly or want to surprise them @ their residence or work. I can truly support them in that respect. I purchased this because I thought they'd be fairly gourmet and I didn't have to make an extra trip. I was mistaken. I really wanted to love this shop especially browsing through their website.
