I was looking to get a cake done for my cousin's bachelorette party, and I found Jamie while looking for custom cakes in Las Vegas. The cake exceeded my expectations look and taste-wise. It's truly a work of art that's also tasty which is the best of both worlds. I found Jamie through instagram and I'm so happy I reached to her for my son's birthday cake and cookies! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very meticulous and super detailed. Jamie is the sweetest (pun intended) and did an absolutely fabulous job with our wedding cake! 5 stars are not enough to describe our experience!!! I am allergic to dairy and peanuts, and we had several other guests who had dietary restrictions so her allergy friendly bakery made it so easy for us. She gave us an adorable tasting box and we spent a great evening just enjoying all her cake samples -- vanilla, strawberry, almond, and lemon. Also gave us several general frosting samples all of which were delicious! We ended up with a lemon sponge and strawberry/lemon creams. She incorporated lilies (my favorite flower) and our cake topper in the design, and it looked like a gorgeous stained glass window! She even had it delivered to our reception and coordinated with our restaurant without us having to do anything! The cake itself was dense as is typical of gluten free/allergy free cakes but it was so delicious and the strawberry/lemon buttercreams were fluffy and fresh!
