And although the baguette roll was fresh, I was not a fan of the baguette for use as a sub roll as it was too thick and heavy. The potato salad had lots of great flavor and was the star of the show. Also tried a butter cookie, they did a nice job with that too.

Per her Manager" I said there's nothing on this coupon that says you have to purchase a drink and chips it just has $4 off. She says she knows but "that's her managers rules there" I'll let her know I do not like to drink soda and I did not want a bag of chips. She kept saying she didn't have a way to take the money off which is obviously a lie if I can buy a bag of chips and a drink and you can take it off. So they rather throw away a perfectly good sandwich then honor a promotional rate I would never go here again!

If sandwiches aren't your thing and you prefer rice dishes instead, their kawali bowl is a good one to try. As I briefly mentioned above, I really enjoyed their traditional-style halo-halo that I simply couldn't wait to eat last for dessert. I ate/drank it with my meal, which is actually not that uncommon to do. There are just a few steps you need to take to prepare it before consuming it. First, I kept the lid on (so that none of the overflowing precious ingredients spilled out) and I used my spoon to carefully mix all the ingredients around, reaching to the bottom, up, and around. Yes, seems like a hassle, but the mixing part is a very key and important step! For those who don't know, "halo-halo" literally means "mix-mix" in Tagalog (the main dialect in the Philippines). Once you've patiently mixed everything together, you can use your spoon to start eating it until it is no longer overflowing. Now, you can safely remove the lid without spilling anything and I then can interchangeably use my spoon and also sip directly from the cup. I tried this place because the Yelp reviews praised it. First I ordered delivery through doordash. The portions were good and the food was so delicious. It's truly a fusion Korean place with a contemporary farm fresh vibe. The pork belly is delicious, but the attention and care in preparing the "side dishes" are incredible. The jasmine coconut rice was so good, every bite full. I also loved the beet salad and the quinoa dish. You can tell it's not your usual Korean place. Highly recommend. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Tucked into a corner in a strip mall off 128th, this little place is packed full of amazing flavor! We enjoyed quite a variety of items, specifically the beef bulgolgi sandwich, the Kobano sandwich, the brussel sprout chips, the hot n' spicy Korean fried chicken bites, and the quinoa salad. A must try for everybody. By far, the best food I've had in washington state. A hidden gem in of all places Everett... I've tried the veggie melt which is beyond delicious. Bulgogi is perfect, most places cater to white people so they make it too sweet but not this place. Pork belly melts in your mouth with all kinds of flavor. The rice is perfect. It has a LOT of personality and local flavor, with various games and toys, foosball tables, instant ramen you can buy and heat up, filtered water stations (mayhaps Korean owned?). You order from awesome giant tablet kiosks that seem to have some poor UX software for the menu navigation system but it works. The chairs and tables though were also very strange, like they were pulled from a shut-down carls jr or something with thin poorly designed aluminium and particle board. Not a single table I found was stable, they all had a ton of wobble and the chairs were so tiny and small none were comfortable to sit on as a 6'2 dude. Honestly I almost want to recommend this place as an experience to see how uniquely odd it is, and the food is right up a college kid's alley and nothing so bad you can't enjoy yourself. At least come here as a tourist attraction and see for yourself what's going on at this eclectic spot.
