The Red Fern was such a pleasant surprise for our mixed‑diet household. None of us are vegan,…read morethough we do have a vegetarian and one omnivore who's always happy to go along for the ride. We all found something to love here. We started with the pickled things, served in the cutest mismatched china. Everything was delicious, but the carrots were the standout -- so good we joked about drinking the pickling liquid. We also tried the Pink Lemonade and the Strawberry Alarm Clock juices, both incredibly fresh and vibrant. You could taste every ingredient. Since we couldn't decide on just one entrée, we split the Thai Kale Salad and the Buddha Bowl (with added mushrooms and avocado). The Thai Kale Salad was everything you want it to be -- bright, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. We were sure it would be the star of the meal. Then the Buddha Bowl arrived. The smoky tofu, creamy coconut rice, perfectly dressed kale, and all the veggies worked together beautifully. But the real showstopper was the added mushrooms -- so rich and full of depth that we nearly fought over them. We enjoyed everything out on their patio and left already planning our next visit. A wonderful meal all around.

I got the steak and potatoes and it was great, the grilled cheese was good too, the kale was yummy and so was the salad, the chocolate mint Oreo cake on the other hand was either a week old or just not made with love cuz it was as dry as the Arizona desert, very gross. I'll be back tho for more try's.

Especially for the journey TMS took to get to this area (FYI a nice 5hrs trip to get there). SO YOU KNOW THE STOMACH WAS ON EMPTY when up there. The place is TRENDY yet HUMBLE VEGAN restaurant. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE of the menu and just random things about veganism as a whole. MEAN'N they will not steer you wrong when it comes to your order. So...as YOU can see Society TheMadScientist TREAT'D himself to SOME TOP TIER EATS, now the PASTRAMI, MYSELF and I with the Mac Salad was the meal that was consumed before head'n back to BIG JERSEY and I would give the sandwich a 3.5/5. It was a bit better than good IMO (a suggestion to make it a BANGer melt the cheese a bit, especially of it is supposed to be a hot sandwich) their take on PASTRAMI isn't bad it's flavourful and a delight. It's just miss'n that certain JE NE SAIS QUOI yet Grass Fed is on the right track to have'n the BEST VEGAN PASTRAMI on the east coast (just a few tinkers and it will be there). NOW THAT Mac Salad that is an INSTANT COP IF you like MACARONI SALAD not bland very fill'n and GOOD FROM BEGIN'N to END. Okay so the BACK to the USS REUBEN was DEMOLISH'D the next day (as you can see it had curly fries wit it and YEAH TMS threw it in the oven for about 7+ mins on 350) and Don't Know if that made it different yet THAT REUBEN was ONE of the BEST REUBEN TheMadScientist has had since HE WENT VEGAN (2017). Like instant replay good if Reubens are your book Grass Fed has that sandwich on LOCK (GET YOU ONE). When TheMadScientist is ever in the Rochester area, HE WILL ALWAYS pull up on GRASS FED. The person who answered the phone was polite, patient, and incredibly knowledge about the menu answering all of my many questions. Overwhelmed with options I quickly ordered a vegan buffalo chicken pizza and a few garlic bites. These two items cost me a pretty penny but dare I say it was worth it. Just as a heads up it's a bit hard to find parking so plan ahead. I double parked on the side of the building and hurried in. When I came inside the vibes were pretty chill. Lots of folks were dining in so it sees like a pretty good place for meet up with buddies. Can't wait to check it out again and take more pics.

They are consistently kind, helpful and nice to chat with. Now the food. I love the wings! The flavor and texture are delicious. I love the buffalo chicken pizza too. Perfect amount of zing from the buffalo. I recently had the seasonal apple caramel shake, and it was phenomenal. There is nothing there that I have not loved and the Customer Service makes it that much better. I would support them 10 out of 10 times.

Recently having gone back to a Plant-Based lifestyle, I was craving a good pizza yesterday. I placed my order online for future pickup, then arrived a few minutes early to pick it up. My order was ready at a reasonable time, but the only slightly bothersome part of the (very short) wait was the fact that they were playing death metal in the background...not my cup of tea, but each to their own. I received my order, which was still piping hot when I arrived home. The Snapcase Pizza was great, a sauce base of Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed, topped with Chick'n and Vegan Cheese. Perfectly cooked crust, and just the right amount of topping. The House-Made Vegan Mozzarella Stix were surprisingly good! Cheezy with a stretch, and a nice crispy breading. The May-Wah wings I ordered with the same sauce blend as the pizza, Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed. They were good, but slightly mushy. I also wish they came with more than two celery sticks! The dipping sauce was really good too! Next time I think I'll try the Jackfruit wings. Anyway, I had a great dinner thanks to New Ethic, and will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended!

The inside was clean but the AC was barely noticeable on such a hot day. Waitress came over with water and an iPad for ordering then didn't show up for another 10+ minutes. I finally walked everything over the the counter to get her attention and placed my order. I started with the fresh veggie spring rolls. These were just ok. The dipping sauce was quite spicy, and even with that they tasted pretty bland. No discernible herbs in the rolls at all, just some tofu, carrot, & lettuce. For my entree I got a vegan banh mi. It came out warm and the baguette was crunchy, if a bit dense. Again, very little fresh veg on it which is usually the highlight of a banh mi. There was a few pieces of iceburg lettuce (unheard of on a banh mi!) and one or two sprigs of cilantro, along with the same sauce from the fresh spring rolls. It was a bit disappointing but at least it filled my belly. Couldn't find the waitress to ask for more water or napkins, so I made do with what I had. I'd eat here again if I really had to, but I'd prefer to try elsewhere.

It's a true grab-and-go setup -- no real seating beyond a small high-top, and most people seemed to be taking their food to-go. The vibe is relaxed and unfussy. Service stood out. The man taking orders was very friendly and accommodating, and he let us know fresh pies were about to come out so we could wait for hot slices -- which we appreciated. I ordered the Rosa with pepperoni (they also offer it without) and the Buffalina. Both were very good, especially fresh out of the oven. Nice bonus: buy two slices and you get a free can of soda. Simple, solid pizza and great service. I'd definitely come back.

Louis was very helpful, explaining the menu and specials since it was my first visit. I decided to try the Detroit-style white top with Mike's honey drizzle and a pineapple Jarritos. While waiting, I sat on a few chairs outside in front of the garage. It took about 15 minutes, and my pizza was piping hot. My ricotta melted due to the steam, but it was still very good! The portion was generous, I could only finish one slice and took the rest to go. It's not a sit-down restaurant, it's perfect to take to-go; however, there is a table that you could stand and eat at, if you needed to. The decor was also nice and bright, with a unique twist with decor. Louis also mentioned they source most ingredients locally, which is noticeable in the freshness of every bite. He was kind enough to offer me a New York-style cheese slice, which was also delicious! While a little pricey, the quality justifies the price. I can't wait to return! If you're in the area, definitely check them out!
