Every bite had crumbled cookies. For the sorbet, the balance of flavor was on point and was close to water ice in consistency. Customer service was perfect. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (offered an insulated bag to prevent melting on my long drive home). She explained that all flavors are made in-house, are limited quantity, and are rotated regularly (sometimes a few times a week). We tried the carne asada burrito, the shrimp burritos, the hot delicious corn, my favorite BIRRIA TACOS the broth is delish, the ice cream is the best, their mangonadas Aguas (fruit waters) are perfect.
