William congratulated us on our anniversary. My wife must have mentioned it when she made the reservation. William was very familiar with the menu as well as the wines. And he presented the options very well. You could tell he's a veteran server used to working with Meehan level clientele. We started with cocktails. My wife had a Cosmopolitan and I had the Butter Pecan Old Fashioned. It was real nice. About 15 minutes later, we were ready for William to take our order. The presentation was top notch, and the mint pesto was divine. The lamb was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the quality was outstanding. Without question, it was the best lamb I've had anywhere in the DFW area. Our server was Johnny on the spot the entire night and easily one of the best servers we've had all year.
