The technicians were also rushed and busy which created an awkward atmosphere. When it comes to nail design, it appears to look nice, but they failed to drill the extra gel under my nails which caused them to be clunky. It always felt rushed and I did not feel relaxed during my appointments. On my second visit, they did not give care to my nails and overdrilled it to a painful point. Safe to say I will not be back again.
