I'm typically pretty low maintenance with my brows (especially since I started working from home in 2020...) but will go see Sarah when I want to look more presentable and put together before a nice event or trip or something. Her process for brow shaping is so detailed, gentle, and precise. For the most part, she tweezes hairs individually. Not sure what products she's using throughout the process, but it's very soothing. She also takes great care to provide a clean and hygienic experience as well. The shop itself is small but beautiful and she stocks great brow, makeup, supplements, and other products. Her own line of brow gel is great! It is on the higher end of pricing for brow shaping, but I do believe the price reflects the whole experience she creates. She's also just super sweet and fun to talk to every time!

I also have kids and she has allowed me to bring my daughter without giving me a hard time which I know is really against the shop rules but as a mom I do appreciate her allowing me to still get self care. I do plan to come tomorrow for my appointment! I have my kids and tried calling for permission I just wish she answered phone more!

I get exactly what I ask for each time. Also, her rates are far better than what I had been paying for services with other lash artists in my area (who IMO use cheaply made products or don't take their time). My lashes mostly last for two to three weeks with Marissa. She's my official go-to now.

Thank you yelpers for your great reviews, which lead me to her! I set up my appointment online, which was super duper easy. I had the option to pay in full, which I did. I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results! Especially since I stop wearing makeup during Covid. This is a great pick me up and always make me look fresh.

However, the service moved much slower than expected -- about 40 minutes in, polish hadn't been applied yet, and it became clear we'd go well over an hour. Since I was short on time, I asked to skip the hot stone portion. I was still charged full price (which I could understand...), plus $5 for gel removal even though I only had gel remaining on half of two toenails. When I got home, I noticed clear top coat had been applied to only one foot. I called about fixing it and was told I could return, but the response came with an attitude. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? An unfortunate, poor experience.

The first time, a young woman did my pedicure and a man did my full set. The second time, an older woman did both my fill and pedicure. First time was on a Sunday and I got there a little later in the day. There were only 2 clients in the salon, so they were not busy. I did get the basic pedicure for $30. I just feel like they didn't let me sit and relax to enjoy it. I attributed this to it being towards the end of the day. Second time was on a Saturday. I got there at around 11:30 a.m. They were not terribly busy and an elderly woman did both my fill and pedi. She was going way too fast. I opted again for the basic $30 pedi and again, I did not get to soak my feet very long or enjoyment from the chair massage. Which, it is whatever...The woman herself gave a great foot massage, she was a little rough. I like the way my nails turned out and she sculpted them the way I asked. However, I am not at all impressed with my polish on my toes. It turned out a little jank...she could have taken more time...$65 for shellac/acrylic fill and pedicure...plus I tipped her $10...so a total of $75...even though I was a little put off. Overall, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. I am going to try a few other places. I feel like their prices are a little high. If I am going to pay this much every 2 to 3 weeks, I want the best looking nails. They are professional, clean and they get you in and out quickly. I might try them one more time...
