I'm typically pretty low maintenance with my brows (especially since I started working from home in 2020...) but will go see Sarah when I want to look more presentable and put together before a nice event or trip or something. Her process for brow shaping is so detailed, gentle, and precise. For the most part, she tweezes hairs individually. Not sure what products she's using throughout the process, but it's very soothing. She also takes great care to provide a clean and hygienic experience as well. The shop itself is small but beautiful and she stocks great brow, makeup, supplements, and other products. Her own line of brow gel is great! It is on the higher end of pricing for brow shaping, but I do believe the price reflects the whole experience she creates. She's also just super sweet and fun to talk to every time!

I was concerned about the style. Then I was dumbfounded that a senior stylist wouldn't ask me what color I wanted and assumed black. Second was that there was no definition, just fan of black lashes that waves at whomever I am looking at each time I blink. I wasn't happy. The front desk booked me with Monica for the following week for a 1/2 fill, who is a master stylist, before my Europe trip. I was nervous that I was going to go on my trip looking like a fool. Monica hooked me up. She was quick and blended in the brown to the black, and gave some shape to my lashes. Huge improvement. I signed up for the monthly hybrid service that allow two fills per month. I'll keep these for a while and see how it goes. Very comfortable beds while the techs work.
