Now, I called three days before our appointments asking specifically about the amenities and was not told it was broken. Walking by the "sauna room", you could see it was now used for storage. This left no options other than to sit in the relaxation room. The lounges were comfortable, but there was no reading material and the refreshments were minimal. We could hear talking and cackling from other areas of the spa from the "relaxation room" and had to close the door to minimize the noise. At one point, a dog was barking in building. The only good thing about the visit was my massage with Desiree was very good. My friends were not as impressed with their services. The final blow was during checkout. The same young girl didn't understand billing and said she could not produce a bill for the services until I paid in full. WHAT? I was literally doing the math trying to figure out what was being charged when she also informed me of a "3% convenience charge" . Again, WHAT? That was never disclosed to us nor was it mentioned on the website. The girl first told me it was the markup for the new prices in 2024. Then she told me it was a fee that went to the owner. Garbage! OK, enough of this spa. Moving on to find another one.

She really reads the forms that you fill out at the beginning, and she made sure she didn't use a product I am allergic to. She also gives you a massage on your neck, arms, and side of your face towards the end. You get a mask towards the end as well. The products smell really good and, again, her hands are gentle.
