We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. It got to the point where I needed help keeping the house clean, so again, I called Magnifica. They come in weekly now, like a mini-tornado, washing, vacuuming, dusting and mopping. My house is shining and off they go! I'm back on my feet now using a walker, but I still can't bend over, so I'll be keeping them on for now. They are just fantastic!

Sadly we weren't able to keep them because of financial constraints and by the time we were in a position to be able to utilize them again they had a full book of business. I am amazed at the number of people who have left bad reviews for them when they never even used their services! They don't take more clients because their work is of such high quality they don't take on workers who are lazy or who would steal from you. It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! General cleaning in the living room and light cleaning in the kitchen. My problem is the main bathroom did not get a deep cleaning. The baseboard wasn't cleaned nor the toilet bowl and the floor got a quick once over. I requested an organizer for 1 bedroom, the person was exceptional!! My biggest complaint was the fee. I was quoted $440 and what a surprise when he charged me $597! I would have appreciated if he told me when he was "here this is an up charge".
