    Oh my gosh we are so glad we found Sweet Buffet Lady! We thought we were going to have to go with not-so-cute disposable dinnerware to keep costs down until we went to the SBL showroom and found plates, silverware, glasses, and linens that we loved in a totally affordable price. There are so many options for every wedding vibe and color scheme. Highly recommend!

    Wendy was fantastic to work with. She let us stop by the warehouse whenever we needed, and responded to my emails in a timely manner (even after adding and subtracting things from our contract like 235 times). We needed additional tablecloths that she didn't have in stock, ut ordered more to suit our event. Will definitely work with her again in the future for any other events we have! Best prices by far, too!

    SBL rentals was so easy to work with and so accommodating of my many changes to our rental list leading up to our wedding day. We picked up our rental items Thursday and were able to return them Monday, leaving us plenty of time to rest before. They have a very smooth operation and everything is organized, making it easy to keep track of your items. We can't thank you all enough for helping to make our wedding unique and beautiful!

    Thank you so much to Wendy for supplying beautiful linens & plate chargers for my wedding reception! We used her red plate chargers, damask table overlays and runners - and they turned out beautiful!!! It really took our wedding to the next level of professionalism! She was super easy to work with and made the whole process seamless! Her home is also filled to the lovey brim with lots of wedding inspiration - so if you need ideas, she's a great lady to gather ideas from!

    Great experience with these folks even after changing my order several times, splitting my pick-up into installments and running late on returning vases for my destination wedding! Wendy even allowed me to pick up the vases early and take them to my amazing florist 3 days before the wedding! The drop off process was VERY quick and efficient....enhanced by her friendly son. I so happy I found her and used her for my wedding! It's so nice to find vendors you can trust and rely on. Very well done!

    WONDERFUL! Very reliable and flexible. Rented an arch for daughter's wedding every aspect dealing with Wendy was fantastic.

    I placed a rental with GSR on October 7th and paid a deposit of $571.49. On October 25th when they…read moreshould have deducted the balance of the rental they instead deducted the full amount of $1142.97 from my bank account. When I called to ask about the error I was told it must be a computer error. They say the credited me but I won't see that for 3 to 5 business days. My hubby and I are not made of money. We run a nonprofit and were throwing a party on the 26th (hence the tent rental) to support Ronald McDonald House. I am also recovering from extensive knee surgery and had a cleaning lady scheduled to come on the 25th. Due to their mistake I had to cancel the cleaning lady and a hospital bill that I had paid bounced. I understand that mistakes happen but the feel that I got from the company was they did not care. On top of this the guys that set up the tent did not anchor the walls down so they flapped everytime the wind blew. My husband ended up fixing this. All in all our experience was poor and my finances are all messed up until I get my money back. We will not be using them again. Thank you

    Pros: Decoration looks good. You get what you agree up on…read more Cons: Doina is unprofessional. Snaps at the host. Passes personal comments. She was couple of hours late to get the decoration done. Which led us to panic and didn't get to start the event on time. She needed lots of help from our guests to get things setup. For an outdoor party, she needs to have a backup plan for the backdrop to hold for slight wind. It wasn't that the wind was too high. During the argument, she also mentioned to take her stuff back and leave. she is rude. She is also racist and passes comments about your job and other vendors you might be working with. For the amount she charges, she needs to be professional and work with the host.

I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself. I trusted her blindly thinking she will deliver everything we agreed upon and didn't expect her to be rude and racist until we started talking to her after the fact.
