Called Bert to ask him a few questions about her selling the Rolex back to him and he got very defensive. I simply stated that I knew he had bought it from her. And i asked him, why not simply call me to let me know since I was the one who originally bought and paid for the Rolex? Then, I Asked him if he had the Rolex still in his possession? Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. I can say definitively that Lester & Co. has earned my business for my next jewelry purchase!
