As anyone knows during a divorce per family court order you can't sell off items that are jointly owned. Aka jewelry and furniture. Called Bert to ask him a few questions about her selling the Rolex back to him and he got very defensive. I simply stated that I knew he had bought it from her. And i asked him, why not simply call me to let me know since I was the one who originally bought and paid for the Rolex? Then, I Asked him if he had the Rolex still in his possession? To which he got defensive and said, no I sold it. I thought she was with you when you bought it. I corrected him and told him no. Point blank Bert is not trustworthy. He knew she was not with me when I purchased it. What he did may not be illegal, but its unethical in my book. I've always had a good relationship with Bert and used his services many times, but after this exchange i'll no longer give him any business.
