They are always helpful and, if they don't have something in stock, they order it for you and you will have it in matter of days. They staff some of the office with music majors from FSU, so everyone knows a little about most major instruments. In addition to sheet music, they have a good selection of music-related gifts, as well as some guitars and other smaller instruments.

The best thing about this business is that I can order a guitar, put it on my Gear Card with 6 months of interest free financing, and I have 45 days to decide if its the guitar for me. I have returned several guitars using this benefit and always end up finding the right guitar with the sound I like. The only issue I have is the size of the Acoustic guitar room and the limited number guitars to tryout at the store. The big stores in places like Orlando have a real advantage with space. However, because of the 45 day return benefit when purchasing at Guitar Center, I can still get any guitar I want to try it out within about a week. Over all Guitar Center gets a good rating from me and I actually ordered another guitar today. Can't wait until it comes in. Go Guitar Center !!!

The owner uncovered a concealed sign that said "no refunds" and proceeded to explain why he wasn't going to give me a refund. I was shocked by his dishonesty. he told me I could sell it on line. it would have been better customer service if he had provided me a refund- especially since his sign was not visible to the customer. now I have to take a loss on the perfect guitar and he has lost a customer. I will share this experience with my friends, and they will share it with their friends. I doubt if he has learned a thing.

Always a fan of supporting local businesses over big corporations, we were delighted to find this locally owned corner shop next to Canopy Road Cafe. The owner was charming and kind, and helped Niko find exactly what he needed for his bass. At a price that rivaled the big-shot music shop in the mall, we were happy to give our money to this knowledgeable establishment. The back wall was lined with beautiful instruments, and an impressive amount of instrument accessories and equipment were housed within this seemingly small shop. I'd gladly return to Gordon's the next time we're in need of strings or music supplies!

I don't believe you Gabe. I'm never going back, this is why Sweetwater will get my hard earned money every time. Watching people walk out of guitar center like us was unbelievable, I wonder if they lose money like that at there other stores.

For studio and other equipment, it is on par with other stores. I was ready to drop a few bills in here, but when I walked in, no one said hello or we'll be right with you. I browsed for a good 10 minutes or so. I was never approached. I did have a few questions but didn't see the brands I was looking for on the shelves so I left. The prices I saw were not bad considering it is a chain. However I can visit the smaller business down the road and get the same deal with better service. This was my first time in there and needed some last minute equipment for our practice. I can't say I won't return, but it will likely be a similar situation where it's something I need right away that I can't find elsewhere.
