Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. I can say definitively that Lester & Co. has earned my business for my next jewelry purchase!

My boyfriend and I visited Robert's during lunchtime today as we have been shopping around for an…read moreengagement ring and Robert's came highly recommended by multiple of my acquaintances. When we arrived, we were greeted by a man with horrendous customer service - he was unbelievably rude, incredibly condescending, and the antithesis of good customer service. I was SHOCKED when another customer left the business, saying goodbye and addressing this man as Robert himself! At no point did I feel respected as a customer, and his tone made it clear that our presence was an inconvenience. This was not a misunderstanding or a difference in communication style; it was outright disrespect, delivered in his own place of business. I would never ask my future husband to spend one dime of his hard-earned money with someone who treats people the way Robert treated us - I don't care how "good" his work is. As I mentioned, the business came highly recommended by multiple people in the community. After sharing exactly what occurred, those individuals told me they will no longer support or recommend this business. No customer should be spoken to this way - especially in a setting where trust, professionalism, and respect should be the bare minimum.
